Eastpointe On the Mall, Northwood OH

I have lived at Eastpointe for 9 years. I felt sad having to move into an apartment but, I will say, living here is actually quite peaceful. Majority of the neighbors are nice and welcoming, and there has been one person my children and I have grown to have a bond with. There are some things I wish would change, but honestly we all know it’s hard to find workers right now. In the past, maintenance has always been amazing, but I have found lately since covid that some things haven’t been perfect, but I’m not a nit picker. The birds can be overwhelming when there’s a lot of baby geese and the adult geese won’t let you out of your building, and I wish that’s something that could be controlled. I also enjoy that the community here makes me feel confident that my kids are safe here. I always recommend this complex to people I know who are looking for a place to live.

I've Been Living Out Here for 25 or MORE Years The Management and Maintenance Rock! They are ALWAYS Friendly and make sure All Residents are Taken Care of on a Timely Matter! I Love Feeding The Geese & Ducks

Looked nice couldn't get anyone on phone to answer questions so never got to see anything.
