My mom and my neighbor love this place and my mom comes very far do you even go to this place a very nice and they always have something going and try and help you with everything

Horrible place the tellers awful. The high turn outs says a lot. A lot of passing the buck and no outcome from the problem.

Had over $600 stolen from the checking account via debit card. I've been waiting several weeks to get the money returned. Only one of the 4 charges, for $20 has been returned. If they have a return policy for the debit card, I haven't seen it. Very unhappy with the process. And this is the second time in 4 months my checking account has been hit.

I was a victim twice once by the person who used my debit card to buy stuff, then by my credit union that I have been A part of for a lot of year.them I was victimized by the credit union. One of the companies gave me my money back then the credit union took it for there fees.so I'm still out of my money.

I love this credit union, it’s so convenient for me (the hours). Clarissa always smiles she makes you feel welcome.

Staff is super friendly and helpful but If you want a place that you will be able to use your money this is not the place. I would not recommend this bank to anyone. I called and waited about 30 minutes to speak with a representative and then missed my deadline in which I had to have money submitted because the debit card blocks your transactions and does not let you use your money as you wish. Will be switching to another bank asap.

Have been a member for some years now the staff was awesome to me when I come inside to their office. I will say Debbie is amazing to work.

This bank is terrible! They don't notify you of changes, they place holds on your credit cards without telling you. I have been sent to a non working voice mail without a return call. They are super quick to report things to credit but fail to have a system where customers are contacted if there's a issue! They say nothing. You call and the phone just rings and rings like they are busy. I will be leaving this credit union as well.let's wake up Eaton Family, it's 2021.

They do what fhey say they will always clean and the staff are awesome.never had a problem been here for years.

I have multiple accounts and many family members bank here also with no complaints.

Very antiquated. The services have not been updated since the 90s. No after hours customer service. If there is an issue with your account, there is never anyone available to help. Don't lose your card. Happened to me once and wound up having to pick up my card from the branch. They claimed it was returned in the mail. However I just received my statement from them a day prior. Do not bank with them. The positive reviews are from paid marketers.

My car loan is through this place and I can’t make my payment over the phone but I work during the day including Saturdays so I continually make my payment late through no fault of my own this is 2021 how can I not make a payment over the phone I know small businesses that let you make payments over the phone. You can’t even call them I’ve called him several times they don’t answer the phone

I love this Credit Union. I have all my accounts here including my mortgage and Home Equity loan.

I love this place I do security here the staff is wonderful I would want to be anywhere else the members are very pleasant and nice to work with and protect!:)
