Extremely happy with these guys. Our water went out and they fixed it the same day! I would recommend chance and his crew to anyone for life.

Eaton's have replaced a well pump for me and fixed a well leak for me.both times the service was excellent and efficient. They are very knowledgeable and the associates are awesome. I will always call them for my well issues.

Had an issue with the fitting on my well casing. Dain came out promptly and professionally and completed the repairs. I could tell he is young and newly learning this trade. He handled every problem that came up with this job and just worked through it. He showed a level of maturity of a person with many years experience. Called them with a problem and they got right on it. Their knowledgeable and friendly staff kept us informed about the repairs needed, the quote was honest, and they kept us informed of the repair schedule. The work was done as quickly as possible. On Sunday our well pump stopped working. After calling 34 places with no luck, Chance returned our call and was able to drive to St. Mary’s Oh to service our well. He was very pleasant and we appreciated him coming on a Sunday at 4pm when he had an hour drive one way!

Our well pump burned out at about 8pm on Monday. I called around to various plumbers we'd used in the past, but couldn't get a hold of anyone. Then I found Eaton's number on Google. Chase said he would come out first thing in the morning, and sure enough he had our water back on by 9: 30am. He was friendly and experienced. I recommend this company to anyone.

Repaired a broken water main coming from my well to my house. The first company quoted $2700. Eaten came out the same day and told me $900 then when they actually fixed it it was only $731. They cleaned up after themselves. They were very well mannered, very professional, and I will be using them again if I need repairs. I highly recommend them.

My well pump was on its last leg this morning. I called the office and explained that I rely on it for heat (open loop geothermal furnace). Not sure if they had to rearrange their schedule, but they had a service person out within four hours. Dana did a fabulous job and was a joy to talk with while he worked. I was glad he allowed me to be present while the work was being done. I learned some new things about well pumps today! Total bill came in under the verbal quote. I am very happy with the service.

Noticed water was spewing out of the ground near my wellhead after water pressure in house decreased and my pressure tank was continuously kicking on and off. I called Eaton and Dana and Chance came out the same day…. They did a great job. Fixed the leak, confirmed there were no other issues, and my water pressure was restored. They were quick, efficient, and made sure I understood what happened and why. They did a fantastic job.

Thank you for everything. My pump froze on 12/23. I called Chance on 12/26 because of weather and Christmas holidays. He came on 12/27 and did his job and said my well was still good. He couldn't open the pipes because they were totally frozen. He told my son what to do and low and behold. I now have water. Bless you guys and be safe.

Literally NEVER returned my call. I can't testify yo their service because I never recieved any.
The woman on the phone initially was friendly though.
