From day 1, I was completely taken aback by the peace and comfort the space gave me. More importantly, I felt each staff member to be very dedicated to preserving that atmosphere. One of the best places to be for a wind down. Oh, and the services were great, too!

Had an amazing time here! My partner and I spent our anniversary here and did a couples float, sauna and cold plunge. We felt so refreshed and felt like a new person by time we left. Definitely looking at the memberships moving forward! The aesthetic was on point!

The facility was sparkling clean, and very well-appointed. The staff was very professional and accommodating. The infrared sauna was refreshing (interestingly enough), and the salt-water float was other-wordly. We liked it so much we bought a subscription, and can't wait to go back. Highly recommend!

I got a deep tissue massage which I was a bit nervous about beforehand because a few people had told me that deep tissue massages were painful and uncomfortable but I enjoyed the massage and left feeling so much better in my body! Nic was great about applying the pressure my body needed and checking in! Overall a great experience and I’d definitely recommend!

I have been dreaming of returning to floating for years, but was prevented from doing it for medical reasons. This experience was greater than I even remembered it being due to the beautiful space and staff.

They booked my float wrong for my friend and I. They assumed we wanted to float together instead of booking us separately. I didn’t get to float which was so disappointing I had be so looking forward to it.
They let me massage chair for free which was nice but not nearly as good of an experience being out in the open with your body shaking around.

Was in a car accident earlier this year and was advised by the staff to pause my plan to keep the promotional rate. I missed reaching out prior to it renewing and now they will not help refund the charge despite me stating that I no longer have transportation and have no way to even use the services. The lack of compassion is truly very concerning. The saunas were never very clean when I was going [this could have changed] and I had multiple appointments canceled due to lack of staffing.

Deeply calming atmosphere with reasonable prices. There are a variety of services to choose from for clients. I would recommend Ebb & Float for anyone looking reset, rest and recharge. I will circle back when in area. The staff is accommodating, knowledgeable and helpful. Thankful we found this place during our stay in Ohio.

Such a great experience! Fabulous facility and people! We did the zero gravity chairs, a 60 minute float and then the sauna! We left feeling like we were walking on clouds! Can't wait to go again!

What can I say.went in today to do cold therapy, afraid I wouldn't last 1 minute, and overcame my bodies desire to quit! It gave me the mental focus and relief from inflammation I've desired. Plan to visit every day that my schedule allows!

This place is a wonderful oasis of calm. I’ve experienced the various saunas (moon room is my fave) as well as the float tanks, and cold plunge! The staff are so friendly and helpful, and everything was always clean!

Enjoyed the new massage chair before going to the float tank. After a stressful long year of college course…had to nurture my body. Conveniently close to my home by car & has parking lot. Has filtered water too. Grateful for staff accommodating to write back & forth with me as I am Deaf ASL signer.

Peaceful atmosphere with friendly helpful staff! Went for a sauna and cold plunge and they threw in a free session in their massage chair. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking the services they offer.

Amazing experience. Booked a sauna, cold plunge, and massage session. The massage session with Nik was an absolute 10/10. Everything was wonderful.
