Hey I have been going through ebner properties for 2 years and for the first few months it was great, but around march when we have gotten. A new property manager it affected me tremendously, I have been getting charged for late fees and non payments when I have been paying on time. I’ve had issues with my sinks and toilet and a leak in my shower and for months this issue hasn’t been fixed. I am disheartened about this situation that I see lots of people have and I hope one day it will be resolved, also the lady Chris donning is very rude and non helpful with resolving any issue that they have caused for payments of rent

The Absolute Worst Property management I have ever seen in my life. Broken Things cant be fixed for months out. Over 4 Weeks with No DRYER! Service repairs are never priority. Leasing office is never around and hardly ever Fields phone calls, shortage of maintenance staff and backed up Service requests. More concerned about the color of blinds in the windows than items that need repaired, Eviction notices due to poor auto pay payment schedule because property management "Forgot to put it in the system" 3 TIMES. The only reason this neighborhood is nice is because the tenants in the area are fantastic people. Other than that this place is going downhill. Please rethink twice before you rent these apartments!

My first ever interaction with this business was a month ago. Looking for a reasonable priced apt, came across Ebner properties and Zack (owner's son) just happened to answer the phone (and on the 1st or 2nd ring). My first impression was that Zack was the most helpful and quick to respond to text or call. He would immediately let me know what would work based on my range. Personally, really appreciated that, he DID NOT waste my time and had no problems with him. Shortly after showing me an apt he was no longer with the company. The new Ebner Property, Kristy or Kristen (Owner's daughter) is rude AF, will cut you off mid sentence and has an extremely bad attitude. I was only on the phone with her for 5 minutes and she made such a negative impression. Needless to say, since Zack has left, trying to communicate effectively with property managers and office managers doesn't work. Kristy, also does the accounting and basically yelled at me on the phone because I mentioned Zack. She yelled that he doesn't work for them any longer as if I knew that. I wanted to climb thru the phone!
It's funny how a so-called thief had the better quality service then the whole lot! The sister needs a reality check.

I have lived at the Striebel Road address for 4 years. During that time the stay here has not been that bad. Now since covid I work from home and have complained about the noise upstairs from my neighbors. Their children constantly run morning to night. The bang so loud that the globes from my ceiling lights fall off. Nothing I seem to do stops them from making all kinds of noise. I have spoke to them I have spoke to the landlord and have sent multiple complaints to the central office nothing is being done. I can only say that if you are looking for a place to live this ain't it! Run as far as you can from Ebner properties. To update my lease was not renewed. I have to say that they did me a favor because cleaning on the move out I found rodent droppings in the kitchen underneath the cabinets.

No hiccups for most the time here, tenant for three years, until Tuttle Parke said I needed to upgrade from my one bedroom for exceeding occupancy. They said I’d be breaking the lease if I moved out instead of upgrading and be charged a buy-out of 3 months rent.

I went to the corporate office and Chris at the front told me they had no record of any notice of this kind given to me and that its not their policy to force upgrades. She then called Lori at Tuttle and changed her tune saying I’d be breaking my lease by not upgrading.

They should have given me a notice to vacate — I’ve already made arrangements to be out by the end and of the month — and I shouldn’t be penalized for a rule they made me aware of AFTER the recent renewal of my lease.

They had no grounds to make me leave in the first place and not at my expense when they are requiring it. Not to mention they told me I was exceeding occupancy 3 weeks before my due date, causing a lot of unneeded stress.

Ebner properties are not only rude and unprofessional the company as a whole is very shady I suggest before moving here exhaust all other options they put my family of 6 (including a child with autism) out two weeks before Christmas and new years of 2021/2022 and have given me the run around every since now they are claiming we owe them over $7,000 dollars which includes damages caused by a flood in our apartment that could’ve been handled in a day but instead I was hung up on by emergency maintenance and the flood went on for a whole weekend before anyone even came out to look at it and our family has been homeless ever since because they claim we owe them so much money avoid this company at all cost!

They don't have ONLINE PAYMENT! And every month you have to pay extra $10 for using credit card. And you can NOT pay rent at leasing office at your apartments! Wth! Late fee applies from 2nd of every month! And it is $60! Crazy.
They will increase the rent without notice. Maintenance request are ignored or done very late. On top all these things they are RUDE to tenants. Don't recommend at all!

Office staff is very disrespectful and rude! She is always negative and has attitude with all the tenants. I would never recommend this company to anyone!
