This family owned and operated auto shop is great! I would not ever hesitate to have them work on my vehicle. Very trustworthy and honorable!

I was heading through Dayton and had some engine trouble. My car was failing me and no where I called was able to help me.everyone was busy and could not look at my car for days to come. Austin answered the phone after I found them on Google and the rest is history.they understood my issue and the fact that I had my family with me and could not leave the car.they were so friendly and helpful. They checked the car, found out my problem, ordered and got the part and had me out of there and back on the road in no time.

This place is wonderful, I always send people here when they come in a can’t do work on their car by themself. Come here if you want a good family shop with good prices. I work at an auto shop myself an I bring my car in to get it fixed everytime.

Go here all the time for my own car. Had various work done they have decent pricing and always are willing to go the extra mile to get it done right.

Austin is one amazing auto mechanic! He has years of experience and has excellent customer service! Great place to come for all of your maintenance needs/repairs on your vehicle! They can do anything except for they do not currently have tire equipment or an alignment rack! This is not a body shop either it is a repair facility! Highly recommend this place! For the best service it is suggested to make an appointment by calling in or online on the website!

I recommend this place to anyone who appreciates an honest, efficient and very fairly priced auto shop. I stopped in to a couple shops around town and with every other shop looking at at least a week out then I found Echelon Auto Care and man am I glad I did! Bob, the owner, was able to get me in as early as the next morning for an emergency brake job at considerably less then any other shop quotes I got. Best of all they're family owned so you can rest assured that they're not out to take advantage of anyone that walks through their door. Give these guys a chance and call them for any repair needs from simple maintenance to emergency repairs!

Their online booking was very easy and they were quick to respond to any question I had. They were also very good at communicating with me about the status of my truck. Their customer service was excellent.

I highly recommend Echelon Automotive Care. I had a situation that needed immediate attention (serpentine belt replacement). I called in the a.m. They were able to accommodate me the same day. I went to lunch. They called me right after lunch that the vehicle was ready to be picked up. They were professional, courteous and the work done has a 12 month warranty. Thank you Echelon! I emailed Echelon on a Friday morning, and they were able to get me in the next day. They even quoted me an exact price over email so I would know what to expect when I got there. They were friendly and had my car done in under an hour (oil change, spark plug replacement, tire rotation, new cabin air filter, general inspection). Easiest car maintenance I've ever had done. I usually go to the dealerships just because they're a known commodity, but I have no reason to go back to those overpriced dealerships now. I would recommend Echelon to everyone.

The only negative I encountered was that the parking lot is very tight.

I needed a diagnostic for a check engine light and Echelon was able to get me in by 9am, have the issue diagnosed and a quote by 10am. My valve cover needed replaced as well as my ignition coil. They fixed my thermostat housing as well since they found a leak during the other repairs. They had my car finished by 3pm the same day. Extremely friendly, professional and fair service. I will absolutely be recommending them and returning again.
