Been to audiologist office hundreds of times. This office is closer to me and the service is great

First time with hearing aids and Taylor, from the Worthington office, has been very nice and very helpful. She helped with all my questions. Would recommend Echo Hearing.

Echo Hearing has been my Audioligist since I started having hearing issues. So for around 12-14 years I have grown very close to Karen Sokol. She has been the most AMAZING Dr.in my long list of Doc’s. I’ve always received the best care, best guidance in picking what’s best for Me in Hearings Aides and she has just made my life so much better whether it be using them with TV, Phone, Restaurants or driving. I thought that the audiologist did a thorough job with my hearing test and explained the results really well. The hearing test was informative and Ashley was very helpful in answering my questions about differences in hearing aids. She answered questions that I had about hearing aids for a long time.

Karen is very thorough and well prepared. She explained everything I need to know and is very professional as well as patient taking the time to make sure I have a through understanding of everything. She’s the best!

Dr. Verbena was very thorough with the testing and explanations. I learned a lot about my hearing.

1) the scheduler was extremely pleasant and friendly, and very knowledgeable about my preferred Echo location. She even wished me an early birthday.
2) Karen is always extremely helpful and explores every problem solving option to rectify any hearing aid issue I have. She is a joy to talk, and even if our conversation is diverted to kids/family, she never makes me feel rushed.
3) Echo Hearing deserves five stars!

Dr. Flynn did a very nice job of questions and answers, baseline testing 3 ways (Luebbee only did 1 test) and describing the current hearing aid options.

Dr. Taylor provides excellent service. She listens and suggests helpful solutions. I highly recommend her.
