Rosangela, you proved Sarah's point. Instead of refuting her claims that the company doesn't provide food for employees & the culture being centered around drama, gossip and rumors, you changed the subject to how you allegedly care for residents, and then you childishly attacked Sarah's appearance. You just ran into a closed door. No pun intended, in respect to the rest of my review.

Do not put any of your loved ones in this place. One of their personnel was exiting our store while pushing a resident in a wheelchair, and proceeded to ram this poor man's legs into our manual doors. He was confronted by an associate about his cruelty and had nothing to say for himself. Facility was called and our associate was told that he is one of their best staff members. Very alarming. I'd stay FAR from this place.

It broke my heart to hear a comment made by Sarah Ashlin several months ago about Echoing Ridge. I been with Echoing Ridge for over 7 years as a QIDP. I serve individuals with disabilities and their families. I chose this career to prevent the things you said was happening in our company. We do more than just offer food to staff. We thrive in offering individuals with disabilities the best quality of life. I am sorry Sarah that you had a bad experience working in our company. However, next time you make comments about a company think how your words impact others. Also, don't use filters to make yourself look like someone else, be authentic. Good luck to you,

If I could give this place one star I would.absolutely DISGUSTING.most people who work in this establishment not care about the residents. I would never send my loved one to this place.the bad outweighs the good as far as the employees who work here.there is a lot of things going on here that this place would actually get shut down for if they found out what was really going on behind closed doors. Let me just tell you if you get hired they try to make themselves look like they care about the employees.they will order food for new hires during orientation and say they like to buy the employees food a lot. So not true! It’s all a show and a front.after you get on the floor there really isn’t food for the employees maybe just table scraps from first shift if they are even lucky to get food.there’s a lot of gossiping and drama.people talk behind your back so stick to yourself at this not so Christian place they preach to be.
