5Used a Groupon and had my hair done by Donna. Worse salon experience ever. She ruined my hair (completely fried some of it), caused some physical pain, and was extremely rude and dismissive. I had to make her stop cutting my hair, after I realized the damage she'd caused coloring it.
Really inviting clean salon! Enjoy a mini treat while you wait, if at all! Patty is as personally engaging as she is an excellent beautician. Other cosmetologists’ patrons, from toddlers to golden ladies, and men, to, seem to enjoy their appointments as well.
Nicole is the absolute best. She listens to everything you are looking for and hits it on point each time. Never had so many compliments on my hair! Just amazing!
I Sent my wife to get a full highlight with all the extras. When she shows her what she wants she tell her that it will be an extra $40. Well I said go ahead because my wife really wanted that new hair color! Well after doing the change of color, it didn’t come out the right color, some of hair was purple! My wife decided to go back to her normal color and just add lighter highlights. So why if my wife went back to just some simple highlights, she was still charge an extra $40! It is not her fault that the original plan didn’t go as planned! I wouldn’t mind paying the extra $40 if she would have came home with blackish grey hair! Like how she was supposed to! Won’t be going there again!
I purchased a Groupon for a full highlight with Denisse. I’ve been to her before and she was awesome. I wanted to come back and have her do my hair again. I called ahead and reminded them I have long, thick hair so it may take some extra time. Once I was seated, she managed to talk me out of a full highlight. The Groupon I paid for was for a full highlight. Not a partial. I was a little frustrated. I’m not the confrontational type so I just settled on the partial. She did a great job, but I didn’t walk out completely happy. Not sure if she was having an off day but unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be using a Groupon again.
