The manager, Hajii, was very rude. I cancelled my reservation on the spot and went to the Quality in Dublin. I would advise you to do the same.

No tractor trailer parking but across from truck stop. Waffle house gas station next door.no laundry, or breakfast. No thrills, but some rooms remodeled. Close to Columbus. Smoking rooms available. Cheap but u get get what u pay for

I'm just going to leave it the room was clean and they are clean towels but it was an experience because there is a person standing outside but can't even staying at the hotel but besides that we had a good day for the New Year's I didn't take no pictures so no pictures to post

This place doesn't deserve any stars! But I couldn't post without giving it something. Worst hotel I've ever stayed at in my life. Went to Columbus Ohio for a night and booked a room here. Low prices about 4 miles away for my venue. I got put in a room that stunk of cigarettes (there was no option on the site to have a non-smoking room), which I had booked at least 2 weeks before going. When I got there to check in I was told I had to pay a deposit. It never said it on the site. My key card didn't even work. I had to keep getting the owner and his wife to open it. All of my belongings smelled of cigarettes after this trip. I was so disgusted on how this place is kept up. I even had some creepy looking guy walk by and stop cause I couldn't get the door open, Made me very uncomfortable. Everything on the bed smelled of cigarettes, didn't even look like it changed. There was some sort of bench, had mold all over it. The walls were disgusting, the shower looked like someone was scratching all the coating off. There was moisture droplets all over the walls from cigarettes. Even the ironing board was nasty. I barely slept, wanted so badly to go to another place, but it was to late. Please don't go here, absolutely horrifying!

Went to visit a friend and stopped at front desk to heat my food up and was told no, I cannot use the microwave! Rude as hell

Nice place to stop an get some rest at if yu don't wanna pay all kinds of money and it's right off the freeway with store and fast food around so it's very convenient for a last minute decision

They charged my card twice what the room was.
Said my money would be back on my card in 1 business days and I'm still waiting.
The bedding has cigarette holes all on it the sheets and blanket stunk
I over Payed for what I got it should have been 20 to 30 dollars a night I should have went some place else

Room cleaning has much to be desired.
Holes in bed spread and flys everywhere.and this was $82 dollars.go somewhere else.

This place is absolutely disgusting. It’s a place to stay but if your looking to enjoy your stay in Columbus I 100% would not recommend.

Absolutely disgusting hotel. The sheets were visibly soiled, the toilet and shower were stained with god knows what. Bed was uncomfortable and seemed way smaller than a queen should be. TV did not work and there were no channels.

After having car trouble the first night of our reservation traveling long distance, and after being charged for that night (which was expected) they refused us entrance to our room and the second day (which had also been paid for) and my family had nowhere to go. The rife check in clerk assured me my reservation had been canceled and I was no where in the system and I would not be charged at all. After this i looked at my bank and saw i had in deed been charged already for both days. The very nice check in clerk that night understood my issue and agreed that was not fair and said she would talk to the manager. The manager (FENNIL) on the next morning refused to see the issue and basically told me tuff luck. I recommend no one waste their money at this low budget hotel that stands your money and devoted you access to the room already paid for without conscience. STAY AWAY FOR THIS HOTEL!

Disgusting place. Not clean at all, except for the fact the bed was made. TV works, no channels whatsoever. Sheets were dirty and had stains on the mattress. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Lots of suspicious activity in and around the hotel, even observed a person rummaging through the dumpster in broad daylight. Do not stay here, even if its cheap. You get what you pay for.

This place was disgusting, there was a dude trying to break into rooms and the management didn't care, and when I showed the manager this picture she didn't care.

The place was very dirty they have not cleaned the floors at all the door had a great big hole in it outside at the bottom like a dog tried to chew his way out all around filthy

Bathroom was horrible and beat down. Toilet wouldnt flush. The front desk was rude. The woman house keeper tried just walking in my room because I was in bathroom and unable to answer door. The older guy house keeper was actually the coolest person there. He don't talk much though. There is ALOT of DRUG activity! I even found a lid to a syringe in my room upon checking in. Front desk didnt care. I even had to males try to enter my room which I seen because I only went next door to waffle house. The only picture i have is of the two guys that tried going in my room as they was leaving.
Just HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

The management are very unfriendly. The man is always on his phone and dont stop talking on it while he "helps" you. I dont recall him every saying thank you. The room was dirty. Blood on the door. Not worth the money.
