My frd work there and they give her a very hard time and she was off and had to go back she luv her job and what she does but they don't respect her or treat her like a supervisor smh

EDIT: YESTERDAY 6.22.23, checking in at around 1: 30pm (allowed under the choice privilege rewards) WORST AND MOST ABHORRENT CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. ITS APPALLING YOU LET THAT GUY BEHIND THE DESK. Thank you to Melanie, Charvi, Lisa and all the maintenance and cleaning, y’all have been wonderful. Maybe have a talk to your co worker who’s driving good customers away (I see other reviews specifically naming him) THANKS and I’ll be taking my business to the quality inn down the street. The newly renovated rooms are so clean and nice. The staff here is awesome. Def the best deal in town.
The new rooms are very clean and nice.

Rooms were very clean. HOWEVER, Found bed bugs in my room. Front desk seems non existent, every time I went to desk, no one was there. Definitely, wouldn't recommend. If I could give ZERO stars I would.

Bed bugs! When we checked in (7/29), we checked mattresses and pillows for bed bugs, and found evidence in one room and took pictures. Asked for a room change and proceeded to check the mattresses and pillows in that room, and found living bed bug as well as multiple dead bed bugs and stains all over the mattresses (in both rooms). Asked for refund from front desk and they did give me the refund but we received no apology from the front desk worker, we only got an apology from the head manager that we talked to on the phone.

Floors weren't really clean. Some of your propaganda still states continental breakfast and so does Expedia. Wish you still did it. Quite honestly your coffee is TERRIBLE. The staff were absolutely wonderful. Thank you for a great night. Will be coming back.

Definitely met our expectations! Paid $68 for a jacuzzi sweet. The room was clean, on the first floor and quiet. A couple chairs off to the side to relax and kick back in. Had the woods for a view out of the window which was nice because it felt secluded. Room had a sink separate from the bathroom. 2 fridges. Plenty of room to hang clothes. King size bed. Desk person was super helpful and professional.

I'd recommend it.

Stayed here a few times now and I love it! Lisa behind the desk has been very helpful and hospitable, rooms have always been clean, and though it is kinda hidden off the highway it’s nice being able to walk up the driveway to the gas station if I want to.

Queen beds are comfortable. We had to ask for extra cover sheets for the beds for comfort. Flooring are newly redone in a vinyl plank wood veneer and are hypoallergenic and easy to keep clean. They should replace the carpet in the hallways with the same product. Bathrooms could use a renovation but are clean. Great location with tons of restaurants and shopping close by. Walmart is a cross the street and Target is very near. 20 minutes from Kent State.

Was here for work. Great deal. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Good parking. I recommend this place to anyone.

Rooms a lot nicer than they were a few years back. U can tell they cleaned up this hotel. Better staff now too, especially Lisa at the front desk. All around good place to stay now.

Hotel was clean and quick and easy off the turnpike. Lisa, Melanie, and John were very friendly and helpful.

Hands down most comfortable stay. Close to everything needed. Lisa at the front was so friendly and helpful. I've never stayed in a room that clean. And can't beat the price.

The rooms are recently updated, very clean, and comfortable. The staff is friendly, everything worked in the room, the parking lot was well lit, and it's conveniently located. Perfect place for a single night on your way through town.

Simple accommodation but sufficient for what we were looking for. Being able to rest peacefully, in a clean and calm environment. It has a 24-hour reception so you can arrive at any time you want. They are friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and comfortable and wide for a queen. He sleeps well. Perhaps it lacked a blanket or a little more bedding. The bedding that covers you is very fine, but despite that, we did not get cold, although I would have preferred something thicker to cover me. I didn't ask for it either. It has parking for customers and the price is very adequate, so if I have to go to the area again, I will stay there again. If you are looking for accommodation with something more luxurious, glamorous, with breakfast, etc.then this is not yours but if I'm in the area again, I won't mind coming back to this Hotel

Omg the customer service was amazing. Lisa at the front dest was so caring and helpful with my stay here. She got me into a new renovated room. It was awesome all I had to do was walk to the restroom and the light will turn on themselves and turn off. The pillows were heavenly like a cloud. Slept so good. Will definitely stay here again.
