My husband and I bought a "new to us" truck from Economy Auto Outlet in Massillon. We test drove the truck yesterday and began the purchase process. My husband went to pick up the truck today while I was at work. When I get home I saw a big dent and scrape on the front drivers side wheel well. I asked what happened to the truck? My husband said he saw the dent this morning when he went to pick it up but figured he must have missed it yesterday when we purchased it. I told him I went over every inch of that truck BEFORE we purchased it and there was no dent. The pictures from Economy Auto Outlet's website also show there was no dent. We went back to the dealership a few minutes ago and spoke with Dale who sold us the truck. He basically said that that WE must have damaged it after picking it up which absolutely did not happen. I told him that that something must have happened to the truck in his parking lot last night which he then refuted. Obviously, this is a "he said, she said" situation since there is no way for either side to prove how the dent got there. I was hopeful that the dealership, in the interest of good business and customer service, would be willing to find a way to meet in the middle to address the problem. My expectations for Progressive Auto Group, Economy Auto Outlet and Dale to show some integrity was clearly asking too much. Dale basically said "I don't know what to tell you". He was not interested in finding an equitable solution to the problem. This is not the first time I've had integrity issues with Progressive Auto Group. It may take me a while to accept that some businesses have no intention of behaving with honor toward their customers, but I guess my lesson has finally been learned. BUYER BEWARE!

I’ve gotten 2 cars from here now. Staff is always very friendly and help answer all questions.

We scheduled an appointment to go look at a car. We were driving 2.5 hours.they literally called me when I was 20 minutes from the place to tell me that they sold said car.who the hell does that! That is very poor customer service.

Andrew Heppe was absolutely the best salesman! So nice and very helpful speedy had me out the door in no time!

I came to Economy Auto Outlet to look for my first vehicle. I found the one I wanted but the process took FOREVER due to my bank and getting car insurance but Heath was very understanding and helpful the whole time. I felt horrible having him waiting so long but my first experience buying a car went better than I expected. Thank you Heath for all your help and for being patient with me and understanding.

Update 8/28/23:
I changed my rating to 2 stars because I have had nothing but issues with my car since I bought it. It has been 5 months and my car has been in the shop 6 times. One of those times it was in the shop for an entire month. I never thought buying my first car would be so frustrating and stressful. I honestly regret buying the car. I've learned my lesson and will NEVER go back to Economy Outlet. If you do not want a car with a bunch of problems, stay away from this place.

I've got 2 cars from here. These guys are nice and make this process simple. Also Dale is super cool and quite attractive.

I’ve went to 12 different dealerships and nobody wanted to approve me with a 1k down payment, I came here and got approved within minutes! You want a place that will work with you and talk to you like a human being? This is the place for you. Car buying was never this easy until I got the right business to buy from! Shout out to Ashley for taking care of the car wash and Steve for helping me out!
