After being taken advantage of at used car lot I brought my vehicle into Nate after I started having issues. He was very helpful with getting my car back into working order and showing me exactly where and what he was doing so I could have a better understanding. I’ve had small issues back and forth since then but every time Nate and his team have been there to get my car in a safe working order. Will only ever let Nate work on my car from now on. Amazing team!

Nate is just full of excuses, communication could have been much better. His lift shredded the rear side of my vehicle. Then after arguing with him he finally admitted it when he claims it was already there

I cannot thank Nate, the owner, enough! He literally saved my life and my cars life too! He allowed me to get my car towed there even though they were pretty booked that week. He was honest, upfront, and fair with me. He even took pictures of what was wrong so that I could see it! The communication and work was stellar! I won't take my car anywhere else!

I have had several experiences with Nate with multiple cars over the years and I have never had a bad experience. I know him to be honest and have integrity. There have been occasions where the parts used failed and he has repaired the car free of charge. He doesn’t only stand behind the work he does but also the parts he uses.
One thing I have learned in life is if you find an honest mechanic, cherish them. There isn’t many of them.
Simply put, I would take my business to any business Nate is involved in.

We won't go here again. Lying about the state of a car just to be able to take it is a gross thing to do. Costing a family a lot of money by not being able to work because of this deception is also gross. I thought a lot better of Nate, but I guess I learned my lesson about trusting anyone

I've know Nate for a long time from Cuyahoga Falls chamber of commerce. He is always very professional and knowledgeable about his autos and has lots of expertise. I've brought several of my cars to him for various repairs, oil changes, breaks, radiator, and other issues. I've even brought my car in freezing winter weather when my tires were low, and he filled them with air and checked to make sure I was safe. I've brought my son's car there many times and always feel good that he will make sure he is driving a safe car. You can tell honesty and integrity are most important to Nate in his business. Best of all he has affordable prices! I plan to continue to take all my cars to ECP in the future. I highly recommend his shop to all my friends and family.

Wanted to give a quick shout out to ECP Auto Repair & Service for diagnosing the cause and repairing a window that wouldn’t roll back up same day.

The owner Nate even went out to pick up the part himself so I could make it home in time to get my son off the bus. As a single mom with one vehicle it made all the difference for me on a particularly rough day.

I'm just going to tell the story of my experience with ecp and let you decide whether to take your car there or not. I originally took it there because I heard they were good. My Subaru impreza had a bad noise and vibration from the rear when backing up with the wheels turned all the way. I specifically told him to do that and he would hear and feel it. A few days later he called and said that cv joints were the problem and he replaced all of them. Didn't call to tell me what he found before he replaced them-$800. Picked it up, took it to the parking lot across the street, backed it up- same noise. Drove back across the street, took him for a ride and showed him. I told him when I brought it back he better give me a break on price. The Friday before new years eve weekend the car would not rev up past idle so I had it towed there on Monday the 3rd. Didn't hear from him for a couple days, so I called him and he said that the throttle body was bad. And told me $2500. Didn't hear from him for a couple days so I called and he said that didn't fix it and that the computer was bad. Another few days and I called again. Now he said he was calling Subaru factory tech line. Then it sat parked beside his bld.for a month. I would call every few days and hear about how it would be done in a few days. Finally after 2 months I called and told him I was having it towed out of there and he could forget about me paying him. He said "That's fine- no one will be able to figure it out. No one " Had it towed to Rad air at the bottom of portage trail hill. They had it running in two days. Two months at ecp, nothing- two days at rad air and it was fixed.

Had upper and lower radiator hoses replaced ales the thermostat also had a hlush and fill done on a 2005chevy silverado i furnished the anti freeze was charged almost 1000.00 took almost a week to get my pickup back

I always take my vehicles to ECP when they need work done that I either can't do easily or don't want to do. Nate always communicates well and informs in detail what is happening with the vehicle. The work is top notch and I have never had an issue with anything done there.
