Eddie's Super Service, Orient OH

Eddie's did a great job at a fraction of the cost of other repair shops. I am very happy with the honest and fast service that I received. I will continue using Eddie's for all of my repair needs going forward.

As a small business these people seem to go out of their way to get the job done. My truck is one of the hardest tp work on an yet they did a great job at a respectable price. They are always busy, with plenty of work but to me that just means others around trust them as well. Granted they are not the most talkative and scalable but that shows they're all work. My doctors hardly give me the time of the day and still charge me $1000.
I'm very happy with the work here as well as the quality of time & effort put into my 20 year old truck

Just called this guy and asked a question and you can hear the attitude in his voice told him I will call him back and he simply hung up the phone before I can say anything else. Definitely won’t be going there for service

They always do what is needed or I ask for. They never up-sell and are extremely reasonable. I have no reservations taking my SUV there.

Eddie's Super Service is the best in town. I took my Jeep in for service for a laundry list of issues: exhaust leak, water pump issues, wheel bearing needed replaced, etc. Eddie was very kind to me and explained what needed to be done and called to let me know and get my consent for any other issues needing fixed. When I arrived to pick up my car, Eddie took the time to show me all of the parts that needed replaced and why. I've never had a mechanic take the time to show me exactly what was wrong and why the parts needed replaced. Prices are more than reasonable and the staff is friendly and professional. I absolutely trust Eddie and his team to take care of any issues with my car. They are the best!

I recently started my own company and my sister and I were headed down to Louisville from Columbus for an important Kentucky Derby job. When my temperature gauge started beeping loudly on 71S, I pulled off on the nearest exit and saw Eddie's Super Service. We drove the car up to their lot and asked if anyone could take a look since we don't know the first thing about cars! A couple mechanics stopped everything they were doing to open the hood and look underneath to find that my radiator had busted out, leaking antifreeze so quickly there was no way we would even be able to get back to Columbus let alone Louisville.

Panicked, I called my Mom who lives in Columbus and she said she could drive down and swap cars so that my sister and I wouldn't be late, or have to completely cancel on this important job. Eddie and his crew agreed to put our vehicle on first priority and replace the radiator in only a couple hours! They started working on it and once my Mom got there my sister and I got back on the road to Louisville in her car. My Mom later told me that they finished within an hour or so once she got there and they were all very kind and nice to her.

They could have killed me on the price since they replaced the radiator on the spot, but after talking to my usual mechanic in Columbus, he said their price was very reasonable! I can't thank Eddie's Super Service for their help on such an important day for me and I would highly recommend their services!
