Eddy's Bike Shop reviews
19I went to ask a couple of questions about a rack I bought from them …they were incredibly helpful and even suggested I stop by with it on my car if they could help with “hands-on” assistance …customer service was excellent!
Large inventory, personal knowledgeable service, no pressure salesperson, found just what I wanted for my wife for Christmas. Highly recommend Eddy’s!
I had a great experience at Eddie’s bike shop. Luis G was very helpful and fixed my tire right there while I waited. I would definitely recommend Eddie’s bike shop
My experience was wonderful with Eddie’s bike shop. David that put my bike together was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He put my brand new specialized turbo levo comp together in extremely fast amount of time. I already tried the bike out on the trail and this thing is awesome I have never had so much fun on a mountain bike before.
Top notch Bike shop alot of merchandise to choose from.
Great place foe every kind of bike rider. Highly recommend
Great shopping and sales experience every time I go here. Helped me pick out a new bike and cargo accessories for another. Friendly and focused on my needs and interests. Never pushy. Perfect place for your cycling needs.
I would give them Zero if it was possible. I bought a bike online that had one simple issue where the mounting hole thread for the rear fender was not fully tapped. They refused to touch the bike because I didn't buy it there and they didn't sell that model, giving me some lame excuse. This is despite the fact that I have been a customer and bought my bike rack there. They lost a customer for life.
I was coming from out of town, but these guys set up my bike in a professional manner and very fast service. They really are helpful.
What an awesome buying experience from Eddy's Bike Shop. Everyone was extremely polite and extremely knowledgeable. The store was always packed when I was in there but someone always made sure to recognize and tell me that someone will be with me shortly. Ya know at the end of the day, that is all I can ask for when every business I walk into is shorthanded. Do yourself a favor and go the Eddy's for all your cycling needs. You won't be disappointed.
VERY disappointed. Visited the store three times today with issues on a new e-bike I bought for my son moving into college. Brought the bike in on the third visit, only for them to now tell me they can’t service e-bikes they don’t sell. The check I needed requires no knowledge of the electronics of the bike. Seems like a pure punitive move for folks that don’t buy their bikes that are twice as expensive. I’d go elsewhere.
The service tech and manager worked to get my bike fixed and found the part I needed in order to get my bike back to me in time for a race!
I love Eddy’s. I have bought 3 bikes over the years and had them serviced. Total professionals. Great quality and value.
Eddy’s is my go-to bike shop. My husband and I have had two bikes there and have received the best service. They answered all of my questions (even though I felt dumb asking them) and even fitted me for my bike. I’d send anyone there who needed help with their bike! Thanks, guys!
In a predicament and needed someone to help us take a bike apart to be able to drive home with an extra passenger. They stopped what they were doing and helped us fit it in the car as soon as we showed up and charged us nothing to do so. Super nice and helpful!
Always friendly and helpful! I took my bike in to Eddy’s North Olmsted to get a broken shifter cable fixed. They had it fixed in a few days and everything worked much better than before. They also adjusted the bake brakes and it’s stopping more quickly than it had before.
AWESOME place to shop. Went in the store and was immediately helped by an awesome guy (I totally forget his name but thats because I'm not smart) who let me look at a couple bikes. Ended up buying one, and Ive been riding it around like a teenager. Love Eddys Bike Shop. Go there now.
So very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They had demo Bromptons for us to try out before purchase and walked us through how to fold and unfold the bikes, and gave us tips on storage and care. Couldn't have asked for better service. They were simply the best!
For the second time in 2 years Eddy's Bike Shop in Montrose has been misleading to me. This time around, they sold me a bike that had different parts to what I purchased online without notifying me of the change when I picked it up. I confronted them about it only to have the manager say there was nothing he could do and would not give me a partial refund.
Last year around this time I took by bike there for service. When I picked it up I asked if they test rode the bike to which they said 'Yes', but the tires were flat - obvious lie. I then realized they never actually performed the service I paid for.
I was the stupid one for going back to this bike shop, but I really wanted a particular brand of bike. Never again. I highly recommend everyone avoid this location and go somewhere else if you desire good and honest service.
