I needed some rim tape last week. My wife and I stopped at your store in Stow and saw that you were open for Bike repairs. From the parking lot I call and asked if I could buy some rim tape, and was very pleased that not only could I get the tape, but I could pay over the phone and you would bring the tape to my car. Great service in difficult times.

The staff is always attentive and willing to help. I drive almost an hour to get to the Stow location despite having two shops much closer to my house. Keep up the great work!

Had a great experience at Eddy’s today. Went in looking for a road bike for casual rides and my salesman Thomas was great. He was very easy going and helpful. Never did I feel rushed into my purchase and he wasn’t pushy at all. I wanted a different/more comfortable seat and he knew what was a perfect fit. Was the easiest purchase from start to finish. I would highly recommend!

Shopping for an ebike, the general manager spent 2 hours with me and let me take several test rides to help me learn what would work best for me.

It’s a great place, huge store, great workers. Thomas helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Will be stopping in there again

Have purchased bikes and trailers from here and it was a good experience. But be aware if you go there for bike service and you didn’t buy from them, especially if you have an eBike. They wouldn’t even replace a tire tube on my eBike, or brake pads. I understand not working on electronics, the motor etc.but a tire a tube?

Save yourself time and go to Century in Peninsula. They’ll do it all for far cheaper
