Evan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Talked on the phone w me for 10 min while getting a last minute Christmas present together for my 3 year old son. Very clean and organized shop.

The were out-of-stock on a set of knee warmers that were on-sale, but were able to get them sent over from another store in just a few days.

The service shop guys are great. They are always helpful and do a quality job. I brought in a well-used bike and they did a thorough and excellent job to get it running again.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and their local network’s inventory is well-stocked and has good variety!

They have the knowledge and experience to handle your needs. They have helped me with everything. From a new bike to fixing old bikes that I want to continue to ride. Hands down best bike shop I have ever been to. I have been riding for 25 years.

Quick, easy turn around to get me back on the trails the next day. Evan even helped me pick up some new pedals while I was in so I stop banging up my shins sliding off. Bonus points for being dog friendly, 12/10 would bring bike and dog back in.

Eddy's is an amazing store. We used to buy our kids bikes at big box stores, but they were junk and not worth the money. It's nice knowing that our kids have good quality bikes that can be fixed. On this visit, their helpful repair techs replaced a tire and grips on one bike for one kid and a helpful salesperson helped us get our son the exact right-sized bike for another kid. They were even able to order the color he wanted. I love that they put as much attention into getting a child started on a bike as they do an experienced rider.

Service staff was thorough and did an excellent job explaining what services needed to be completed on my older mountain bike. There were no surprises when I picked up the bike after repairs were made. Also, when I browsed the store, staff member Anthony took the time to point out the latest features and advancements on all types of bikes and accessories without ever pressuring me. He was extremely knowledgeable, passionate about riding, but not pushy. I appreciated him in taking the time to show me around. I have already purchased a road bike, a fitting, accessories, and service from this Eddy's shop and know that I will be back to the store again. I highly recommend them!

Nice store to buy a bike. We stood in line to buy accessories for our bikes. We stood at the register for a little over 10 minutes waiting to check out and no one from service acknowledged us nor did the guys on the floor as they were too busy walking around trying to sell bikes, one to a family who came in after we were standing at the register. I understand we were not buying a bike; however, customer service is important no matter what is being purchased.

The guys at the shop are fast and very good mechanics. All the stores offer good old fashioned service. This comes from the top down!
