4Not a good place to be or work at. Would literally give this place zero stars if possible.
We would like to express our appreciation of the entire staff at Spring Creek. My mother, Mable, received wonderful care from everyone she encountered. From the nursing and aide staff, dietary staff, front desk, custodial staff, activities staff, and especially our special friend, Sister Sam. Everyone was so caring and very attentive to my mother's needs. People when above and beyond to give her the best care. The renovations the facility is undergoing all look great. We look forward to seeing the great things to come from this facility for our community of Green Springs.

Not a good place to put your loved one. Dirty. Unorganized. Too many wanting to be a "boss"
This place seems great at first site but then u realize no one working there has any idea about wats goin on wit anything.there very schemy n alot of talk happens behind others backs so watch out for these ppl here
