Edible Arrangements, Youngstown OH

Long story short, my daughter passed her test to get into the nursing program so I wanted to do a little something for her, I called 3 hrs before Edible Arrangements closed they made her a small arrangement and delivered it 2hrs after I called. Ty you so much Amanda for your help and making my daughters day, she loved it, I definitely will be doing bussiness with u in the future.ty again a very satisfied customer.candy c

Easy to order, delivered on time. Chocolate covered strawberries were excellent. I was not thrilled with the flowers, they were dry!

They would not fill a request for an arrangement with few or no strawberries due to food allergy of child in family of a returning customer. Their excuse was they have plenty of other orders. So I will never use their services again

I order to have an arrangement deliver, But they just left it on the porch. And is far to expensive for what it brings. It had a nice presentation all tasted fresh and good.

Very fresh, and delicious. I wish I could’ve made the order a little sooner- but that’s okay. I will be doing business again here. Thank you!

So at first I was disappointed because I couldn’t walk into the store to buy smoothies, fruit and order my arrangement. I ended up calling to place my order for a birthday arrangement and when I went to pick it up the girl was awesome and remembered our conversation and that it was for an employee at Walgreens. Our fruit arrangement was perfect and she was so sweet so we will definitely be ordering soon again for another birthday.

I love my edible arrangements! A little expensive but WELL worth every penny! My favorite it the banana dipped in chocolate and coconut!

Very disappointed and upset with this edible arrangements. Got activated for the military and set up a delivery for my girlfriend at work to surprise her. She was supposed to get a card, covered chocolate strawberries and flowers. The card and strawberries she got, “were amazing, ” but she didn’t get the flowers. When I called them the delivery guy tried to say he delivered the flowers but I told him she never got them. They made me feel like I was lying and that it was my fault. I then asked for them to deliver the flowers the next day at her address and they said they couldn’t at first because that would be a charging fee.after showing that I was upset they said they would deliver it. Well today they never called or reached out to deliver the flowers they forgot to give my girlfriend the other day. So when I called them today they said they would reimburse me for the flowers which were $40 dollars. Meaning the chocolate-strawberries and card were $60 bucks? I honestly asked them for a refund and they said sorry there’s nothing they can do. Also they never took the time to even apologize for their mistake. Never doing delivery here again and probably never buying anything ever again too.

I really enjoy edible arrangements when donated to my job. Wanted a little pick me up and was disappointed to call in for curb side pick up and get denied the strawberry cones. Instead of paying 5.99 a half dozen they said they only other option was a $40 box.unfortunately I don't have an extra $40 for a pick me up. In today's economy sometimes I barely have the 5.99.

Received a box of 6 chocolate covered strawberries from my husband for Valentines Day yesterday. Well the strawberries were mushy and almost rotten and one of them had mold on it. We tried to contact the store and was just left on hold by the automated system. My biggest problem is edible arrangements is not cheap and I expected a better product and service from them. I definitely do not recommend unless you want to waste your money like my husband did.

Had a platter sent to a friend who lost her father. Wow was it gorgeous! It was all chocolate covered fruit and she was absolutely thrilled with it. Fruit is always fresh and delicious. And they don't skimp on the chocolate. Thank you once again!

It was hard at first like a couple of the previous comments the original person I spoke with had a very sharp tongue and bad attitude. But. Denise saved the day and brought me back as a very happy customer! Good job Youngstown location!

I made a order at like 10pm to be delivered the very next day. Called and asked them to have it there by 2pm and it was no problem. Very friendly customer service, will definitely be ordering again. Thanks a lot!

They didn't have an arrangements you could look at and pick. Otherwise they were fast and effective. Next day free delivery if you visit the store

I got an arrangement from my son for Mother’s Day and it was so nice that I sent the cheesecake one to my friend for her Birthday
We were both very satisfied. I called early in the day for an early delivery since she was going out later.was happy they accommodated me on that.

Terrible service ladies were rude rushing me to order wouldn't wait 2 mins for me to get my card number just downright disrespectful!
