Edwards' Drugs, Columbus OH

My mother gets her meds delivered on time. However the staff can be unpleasant at times. I guess reason being they're very busy.

My mom recently told me about Edwards. When I went there I was amazed, and the lady was very helpful and patient with me asking questions about which medicine to get my daughter.

This place has been around since I was a kid and before I absolutely love them I get my children's scripts filled here as well. I've never had a bad experience here.

They are super friendly and know you by name and always have a solution to your problem

Extremely unhelpful for this out of towner. Been at children's hospital for three weeks with my son and needed a personal prescription filled. The first person (perhaps a pharmacist, but certainly not professional) rudely transferred me to the owner, who then went on to tell me that they would be unable to deliver my prescription (even though we are only two miles away from them and I have no car up here). She told me "I just don't know how we can help you. " Not the best way to run a business. Very disappointed.
