Very helpful and respectful during the whole process. No heavy handedness and worked with our request of no religious portion for my father's services. Prices are reasonable.

They where very nice people but they need to explain the paperwork better than just telling people to initial this and that without explaining what it says

Grace, and the staff at Edwards Funeral Homes were helpful and supportive. I had initially went through another service suggested by the coroner. I was under unbelievable stress trying to take care of my father’s apartment and affairs while handling arrangements. My father and I were estranged and I just wanted to do what I felt was right and take care of his final needs. The other provider was not patient, the other provider was not supportive. Bad experience and poor communication. Starts when you pay online and it states “no hidden fees” only to immediately hit you with a 3% cc fee. Then I get a call saying I can pay cash instead, but that was a lie. Then I get told I will get a death certificate when I pick up cremains. That too was a lie.

Stuart and Grace were very kind and very helpful. I was doing things over the phone as I live in Florida, and my brother had prepaid his funeral with Edwards funeral home. They even took care of getting clothes for him, in the exact style he would wear. (I couldn't get there in time to get his own clothes). I really appreciate their kindness.
