Moved from Ohio to Tennessee. Cole was fantastic to work with and provided a fast estimate. This is what led to my family choosing EE Ward. Other companies literally took a week. Moving group showed up early and packed efficiently throughout the day. They were friendly and careful. During loading, they laid traffic mats down and put padding on the doors. They moved my household items down to the new location in one day following complete packing and loading. They showed up early to unload and were finished by early afternoon. They showed the same care to the home during unloading with the mats and doorways. They asked where I wanted items to go and were polite during the whole process. No items were lost. One item was broken in a box, but was not a major issue for my home. Packing was done well. Boxes could use a little more detail with labeling (my only minor suggetion). I would definitely recommend EE Ward!

James & Eric were very professional and efficient in delivering our new mattress. They were on time, removed our old mattress, finished up the final paper work and were done in less than 30 minutes. Their office staff was very friendly and accommodating when setting up the delivery. I would definitely use their services, if needed in the future!
