E&H Ace Hardware reviews
7So I went in to buy a chain saw tonight. There was only one person working thebregister that I could see and she was busy. Cool, I can wait. She is having a hard time with the register and calls up someone from the back. He gets half way there she figures it out and waves him off. So he goes over to hold down the paint counter. I already knew what saw i wanted I just needed it unlocked so I could buy it. I went over to him and he says sorry. U have to buy it first pointing to the register. Okay. Fair enough. Go back to the regsiter and the cashier was done. Tell her I would like to buy a saw and she calls him over to get it for me. He says sorry we can't without leaving the paint counter, only the service people can and they left. So why did I get sent there to pay for it if a service member is the only one who can sell them? Apparently its a separate business inside ace that sells the chain saws and they close at 6. Even though ace is a registered dealer per stihl they can't sell chainsaws? Seems legit. And then to run a customer around is amazing customet service. Way to not deal with anything hard.
They're one of the better lawn care service departments in the area.
As well as, selling brand new mowers.it's not your average ACE hardware
Always nice to go to an Ace Hardware Store. They had most of what I need but not everything.
Love this place for quick stops when I need help with household projects and small repairs
I couldn't ask for a better first experience walking into this store. They have my highest recommendation based on the customer service that day. Thanks to - Mr. Parker - who helped me find exactly the tools I needed for a small project. The tools were reasonably priced but their help was priceless. Small retail will stay in business and grow if they continue this kind of service.
The absolute most horrible customer service I have ever had.after 20 minutes waiting for anyone looking to buy a 400 dollar weed eater I just went to buy it and got another rude 20 minute runaround trying to make me run all over the store to fill out a warranty card so I left without anything and called the manager and was met on the phone with another rude girl that absolutely did not care about customer satisfaction and was told and I quote " I know our policies are frustrating but that's the way we do it" the most ignorant thing I think have ever heard. Very poorly ran location and plainly does not care!
Extremely disappointed in the customer service Received from BK Requested to talk to the store manager He said she would be of no help The skill set of this Tech is very lacking made me feel very uncomfortable I don't think he re spected my request Or myself A little better personality and attitude would help
