Sam photographed our engagement session and we couldn’t be happier with how the shots turned out. Several of our family members and close friends have mentioned how in love and happy we look in the photos and it surely helped that we were laughing the entire session!

Sam also took the time to suggest session locations that would suit us as a couple and the end result was fantastic. His communication skills are top notch and he has been a joy to work with so far. We can’t wait to see how our wedding photos turn out next fall)

What can I say - Sam and his team are wonderful photographers as well as people. Over our wedding journey, from our engagement to wedding day to (future) anniversaries, his creativity, flexibility and attention to his clients' needs are second to none. He is never shy of an interesting conversation and is willing to speak to you in a casual - yet professional - manner. My husband and I had photos taken by Sam recently and what a great experience! Neither of us had professional pictures taken before so we didn't know what to expect but Sam was well prepared and directed us through the photo shoot, which took the worries right out of the process! He has a natural gift, not just for photography, but in making people feel comfortable and at ease.

If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Hiring Sam to photograph my wedding was probably the single best choice I could have made.  Memorializing the day was very important to my husband and I and we searched long and hard for the right style and overall experience. Sam hit the target every single time. His portfolios stood out to us among the sea of studios and we could not have been happier with the outcome. My wedding photos are timeless, colorful, and full of joy.  His 2nd photographer, Shawn was also excellent. The two of them kept everyone smiling all day.

I also appreciated the genuine effort Sam has made to get to know my husband and I. We had several planning meetings as well as an engagement shoot (which I highly recommend to help prep for the big day!) and it was so obvious Sam cared about every little detail.

I know as my family grows, I’ll be returning to Eighty Eight Photo for albums and Christmas cards for years to come. Thank you, Sam!
