They took the time and creativity to redesign my wedding ring and it was drop dead gorgeous. I couldn’t have been more happy with the outcome. I called Elyria Jewelers in a panic 5 days before my wedding as I had damaged my ring. They had it back to me 2 days before in better shape than I ever could’ve imagined. After, I took it back for a more permanent fix. They did an incredible job, and I can now wear it without worries.

I LOVE this jeweler! They take the best care of their customers. I went in for a cleaning a year ago and I mentioned that my ring was missing a diamond. I was told it would take about 7 days for the diamond to be replaced. This made me uneasy as I did not want to be without my ring for that long. I went in for a cleaning today and was blown away when I was told my diamond would be replaced in an hour compared to 7 days! I will always go to Elyria Jewelers for my jewelry needs!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at EJ&R. Toni & Bill were knowledgeable and polite as they guided me through the process of resetting my parents original 1950 wedding bands. Instead of tucked away in a drawer, I now enjoy a beautiful, treasured necklace. I was also pleased to discover that a 17 yr old apprentice created my piece perfectly, which just added to this lovely visit. I had the best experience at Elyria Jewelers and Repair! I was looking for an opal necklace. Bill showed me some beautiful opals he had just got in. I happened to choose his favorite one. He got to work with Matthew and came up with several design options for me to choose from. They kept me updated throughout the entire process of creating a custom piece. My husband bought me beautiful diamond stud earrings for our 10 year wedding anniversary a few years ago.
I loved them so much I asked Bill to create a custom cross pendant to replace one my mom had lost years earlier.
He was able to recreate it beautifully based on some rough sketches and blurry pictures I had of it.
My mom loves her pendant!
