El Vaquero Mexican Restaurant reviews
14Ate there about a week ago. Everything was good from the food to the service. I was shocked by how fast our food came out after ordering. They were Chick-fil-A fast.
Sue is the best bartender, always happy to see us and always a friendly face. Weekdays after work this location is our hangout. 1/2 price on all adult beverages from 2-5p.m. Can't comment on the food as I dont eat until well after we leave here.
First time there great food and service. Party of 15, waitress the best, not always like that these days. More than one of us said our new favorite Mexican restaurant.
Great place to eat. Fantastic food! Good margaritas, too. Newly remodeled. Much nicer inside. The food is still excellent!
Went to have a nice dinner with the wife and got a pitcher of the watermelon margarita. The service was great and the drinks and food were very good, it was not overly priced at all. Overall a great dining experience and satisfied customer in the end.
Very good "happy hour" and decent food. My biggest complaint is the service is very inconsistent. Some wait staff are super attentive and are just wonderful, others, comedy once and you hardly see them again.
Excellent service, wonderful food
Jenny “ best waitress ever “
Suzy “ best bartender ever “
Carlos “ best MAN ever “ knows how to run a restaurant!
I love their food! Very authentic and really fresh flavors. Their salsa is extremely good!
I'm only putting 1 star because I can't put less than 1 this restaurant so trashed the people working there are not even Hispanic bad service never coming to ohio
This is like your typical Mexican good diner. More items to choose from then what you could possibly want. Everything we have ever had has been really good. Really like the queso. The food comes out promptly and fresh. The staff was attentive and courtesy. The bar next door was extremely loud.
I ordered the fajita entree with chicken, beef and shrimp. It was well seasoned, but the beef in the entree had gristle and the meat appeared overcooked. Service was very good.
We decided to order take out from El Vaquero last weekend. I had gotten take out from there for lunch before and I thought the food was delicious. After picking up the order and driving home w/ my daughter, I realized they had forgotten our tamales. When I went back in to get the tamales the manager refunded my card $3 (I assume for gas) and everything was delicious this time as well. At some point I want to dine in and fully enjoy the food.
Other than having to wait for a while to get our initial service 8 minutes the food was fantastic and once this waitress got over there she was great
The water with a hint of beans was ridiculous. How do you screw up refried beans? The tacos with the dry corn tortillas from the bag was unacceptable to serve my Mother on her birthday. Slim portions on all five meals ordered. Freaking generic mexican happy meal portions. Just advertise as a Bar because that was the only thing other than the good customer service and bar tender that can be applauded. Shame on this establishment for representing our culture so poorly.
