El Vaquero Mexican Restaurant reviews
18Sent my dessert but forgot the actual meal, when I called they said they can’t do anything about it and couldn’t even give me a refund, told me to plead my case to Uber eats for refund even though they admitted to leaving my food at the restaurant.
We’ve gone several times and so far no complaints. Pricing is pretty decent and you get large portions. Food is always amazing.
This restaurant has all kinds of Mexican food that you can choose from. The staff is always friendly and on top of taking care of you and I have never seen this restaurant dirty. As a restaurant they continue to fight inflation with us but have not raised prices very much and have not downsized your portions. If you want a good burrito or quesadillas then stop in and have a try. Remember you can sit down and eat or order to go
Excellent service. Fast great food. I just suggest some pnuematic tires for your dish collection cart. I'll even buy them for you. Just a suggestion. Otherwise, keep doing what you're doing!
I am from the Ozarks region of Missouri, born and raised, but I came to the Columbus region of Ohio with my mom last month to attend a convention. During our stay, we had dinner at this restaurant with the other ladies with whom we were sharing an Airbnb in Grove City. I ordered their Shrimp Enchiladas, and I really liked them for a seafood dish.
So if you like seafood, then their Shrimp Enchiladas make a good dish.
Delicious! Absolutely got what i expected, goodness on my plate dinned on the patio great breeze blowing all the smells around Yum! Our server was very polite quick and friendly
Great Mexican food. I would definitely send anyone there. Great atmosphere. Didn't drink (was working) but, the margaritas look awesome!
Food was really good but pricey. Most entrees were high teens, low twenties. And the margaritas were not only expensive but very skimpy on the tequila. Server was nice but not super attentive. I was here late on a Sunday night and they weren’t terribly busy.
The service was great food just ok this time. I got tacos and I think they changed the cheese on them. Not very good now
There Chimichangas are made with ground beef instead of beef tips, I asked for a cheese inchilada and since I didn't get meat they charged me extra. WORST place for Mexican food
Great service, delicious food, super clean, lovely atmosphere. First time there and it was dinner. Another great option for Mexican food in the area.
Always great. The couple of times they have messed up, they have more than made up for it on the spot. Drinks are strong, be careful. Carnitas fajitas are the move. Always gotta get queso. Last time, the waiter sprint out to us in the parking lot, just to give us back a pen he thought we left on our table (must've been theirs). Always very nice too.
Food is so simple, service is great and great people but food is just not what you would expect from a Mexican restaurant.
Fast service. Great food. Reasonable prices. El Vaquero saved our dinner plans that were being derailed by El Cañons horrible service and prices. I’ve been going to El Vaquero for years, and each time I’m reminded why it’s the best. They put a lot of care into serving each guest. It’s a welcoming atmosphere. Pair that with the fantastic food, and it’s tough to beat.
The food was great as usual. However, the men's bathroom stall was terrible. Trash overflowing with poop stained trash. Waiter forgot our silverware and wraps for the fajitas. Not sure what happened to them, but today was not their best.
This was item #43: Burrito California. Fantastically filling and well worth leaving a tip for.
The beef inside the burrito was cooked to perfection so the guacamole, sour cream and pico de gallo just made it better.
Friendly, fast service! Definitely will recommend it to anyone!
Not very organized, slow at first, server seemed very lost and spent too much time behind register area. He seemed more interested in the takeout orders than the in-house guests.
