When a high wind storm pulled our power line loose from the house on Friday morning I called a couple electrical companies to come give an estimate. Electrical Accents was the only one to respond. The boss called me back before 5: 00pm, then stopped at our house on his way home. He secured the line to help keep our electric on until his crew would be available on Monday. We appreciate the quick response and what a great guy the boss was to stop and help us out. I will always call his shop for future electrical needs. Support local business!

I am very pleased with this company. I had an electrical issue where part of my house lost power. After checking circuit breakers and replacing switches, I was out of ideas. I called a few local electricians and they wanted to book me for over a week out. But Electrical Accents LLC was able to fit me in next day. We set an appointment for 8am, so I was expecting someone to show up by 10. But no, they were in my driveway at 7: 45! How many people show up early these days? That was awesome and refreshing.

The two-man team got right to work. They listened to what diagnostics I had already attempted and didn't waste time retracing my steps. They also explained what they were doing and why as they went, which I really appreciated. The problem was diagnosed and fixed in less than two hours. They even changed a burned out light bulb in a difficult to access fixture without me asking!

They were very respectful of my home, my family, and my time. The bill was also very reasonable. I called with a follow-up question the next day and left a message asking for a call back. Most businesses never call anyone back, so I wasn't holding my breath. But I had a call back and an answer to my question in less than an hour! Just a really pleasant experience to find a good company that does what they say, on time, and at a fair price.

These guys are great, the whole process from initial consult, the communication up to install and the install itself. Top notch local company and would definitely recommend.
All the people involved were great people who would take time to explain things if needed, nothing but love for everyone involved.
