Elements Massage - Centerville, Dayton OH

I love a DEEP TISSUE massage, and boy did I get that with Kristi. She was professional, personable, and did a great job getting all my knots out. I would definitely return!

Massage was good but it was a pain to try to cancel membership. Told the front desk I want to cancel membership 50 days in advance, was told to fill out the cancel form at next visit. But At the next visit told me it’s not 30 days in advance now and made me pay one more month. Said nothing was documented saying I wanted to cancel so they can’t do anything about it. Also you can’t use any gift cards toward paying membership fee.

Another wonderful massage center. Elements has a fine professional staff that cares for their customers. The therapists are kind and listen to you needs, (I have an issue with my shoulder so they work around it). I get the gift cards so that my friends and family can experience this awesome establishment.

The massage therapist was fantastic. I gave only 4 stars because the experience was lacking for the price they charge. For $130 I got a 50 minute hot stone massage. There are several places that charge less. I was disappointed that there were no robes or a nice calming place to relax after the massage which is the huge part of the massage experience.

Good massage, but the staff makes too many sales pitches about monthly massages. Sometimes, people just want to come in for the occasional massage as a treat. No one wants to hear a sales pitch during or after a massage!

The Himalayan hot salt stone massage was amazing. The therapist, michael, was great. He was willing to increase or lessen pressure to my comfort and was very professional. It was kinda a hurt so good feeling, the next day I as sore—but I like deep tissue. It really made my muscles loosen up, and I feel great.

I visit this location monthly. Sue is wonderful! I would highly recommend her and the rest of the staff.

The staff was caring and professional from the start, which I appreciated so much. My therapist, Katie, was a great listener as she talked with me to understand my goals and specific concerns. She addressed everything, and I felt wonderful after our session. I'm glad I called and look forward to my next visit.

Michael was amazing. He did not just make me feel comfortable but also assisted me in finding stretches for at home to assist with my shoulder pain.

Sue is a great massage therapist and always asks for feedback during the massage to ensure you are getting what you need.

Mike did an amazing job working on my upper back and shoulders. He tailored the massage to take care of the problem areas but also worked to release the tightness in my lower back and hips. Feels even better today!

I look forward to my monthly massages now. The facilities are clean and relaxing and Robert does an amazing job!

I had a 90 minute session with Michael K today. This was the best session I have ever had. Michael was patient with my questions and took the time to explain everything that he was doing and why. I was having pain in my arm and shoulder, Michael worked on the area and I had noticeable relief by the time I left. Michael explained how certain muscles connecting to others can cause discomfort in areas I never expected. I was fascinated with all the information he shared. No message therapist has ever taken the time to teach me so much. I would definitely recommend Michael to my friends and family. Well done. Thank you, very much.

I look forward to my visits to Elements Massage of Centerville! This visit I was suffering from muscle pain and joint pain from stress. Michael did an amazing job stretching my muscles, relieving my joints and helping me relax. He also had a lot of knowledge about the muscles, exercises and treatments for my trouble areas. I will definitely be requesting him again!

Their massage therapists has been good, Rebekah is an amazing therapist. The other therapists have been okay, but my boyfriend had a terrible session with one of the newer therapists recently. The reason for the 2 stars however is that the front desk staff is very disorganized and has given wrong information to me and my boyfriend multiple times. Recently I scheduled an appointment a few weeks out and when they called and left me a message with a the reminder the week of they ended up giving me the wrong time. They called to say I was missing my appointment which I thought was later so I raced over and missed a good portion of my appointment and the front desk admitted to and just laughed at their mistake. We were wellness members and several times were told wrong information about our account and payments for sessions. When we talked to management they offered no apologies for the misinformation or mistakes made by their front desk staff and when we requested to cancel they said they needed 30days notice and we have to pay for the next month even though we did not want to go back.

Called to schedule massage for girlfriend. Lady on the phone gave me a price. Come to find out they over charged the massage. Don't go to elements massage. I was told how rude the front desk staff was to my girlfriend and with them being dishonest. They aren't worth anyone's time for the over priced charges they have. There are cheaper and more efficient places than this place. Believe me
