Every time I’d book an hour appointment online I would get a call the next day telling me that I could me to move my appointment to another time or book for 1.5 hours (and pay more for the appointment). They have little regard for their customer’s time. It was extremely frustrating after finding time to fit a massage in a busy schedule and so I finally terminated my membership. What’s more is they they have no problem telling you to book online and then calling you in the middle of your work day wanting you to make time to reschedule. If you’re busy, go somewhere else. This requires more time to schedule than it should.

Everyone is always warm and friendly. I have been getting massages from Patty. She is always professional and ask if I have any areas that she should focus on. My job is physically demanding so it's nice to have any problem areas focused on. Patty is phenomenal!

A bit pricy but always worth it. Grace is the perfect person to see for an all over relaxation massage, and Courtney is great at addressing those deeper problem areas. I’m always thrilled with my time here!

Abigail was awesome. She used great pressure and worked out a lot of my sore spots. Super clean facility and very friendly staff. Definitely coming back!

Great place! Office staff are very nice and courteous. My massage therapist made recommendations for other staff members if I wanted to try different levels of pressure and gave me some advice for things to do at home based on what she noticed during my session. Very good value for the quality of the service too, would recommend!

I have always had a great experience with Elements. Even when I have moved to different states, I like the franchise. Sometimes it takes time to find the massage therapist that you like, but I have had no issues finding one I like wherever I have been a member.

I have been using this location just about 2yrs. I had a freaking awesome massage therapist and he left a year ago from this location. I have tried 3others at this location. One person I totally didn't like her massage skills. The 2nd was kinda ok. The last one I have tried is good but not all like the one that left. I have a gift card to use up and I am finding another place. And. I have also not please with pushing of the monthly plan they offer. Every month pulling the 100.00. I think it's better to find a private person that has their own massage business.

Let’s start with the receptionist. She was SO kind and informative, not to mention professional and polite. The massage room was nice and dimly lit. Andrew’s pressure was perfect, focusing on the issues we had discussed. I suffer from chronic migraine - and shoulders issues. He found spots and focused on them, without me saying which ones. I also suffer from plantar fasciitis, so calf/hamstring pain as well - he knew exactly where to focus and apply pressure. I will be back.
After the massage the receptionist explained the memberships and how to cancel. She was very thoroughly and left nothing hidden. I like that they can roll over each month without penalty.

Received inaccurate information about contract terms, charges, and rollover benefits of unused sessions. Directly quoted one charge, then another higher amount charged to credit card. When I complained, they said their terms “recently changed” even though all my contract materials and even the website shows a different amount

The massage therapist I saw is amazing. Management is sorely lacking. I am canceling my membership and have three remaining sessions. All my membership materials say they are good for up to a year, EM “manager” says I only have 2 mos to use after cancellation

Great staff, very friendly makes you feel really comfortable. Very accommodating and knowledgeable. From start to finish great experience.
