Elena's Flowers/Bridal, Cleveland OH

It was New Years day and my 97 year old mother was in the hospital and I wanted to send my mother some flowers and nobody was open and fortunately I found Elaina. She was open and working very hard, and she made me the most beautiful flower arrangement and delivered it within 3 hours! Elaina is very talented and obviously a natural at what she does! Her pricing is very reasonable and I would highly recommend her for your floral needs! I'm a customer for life! Thanks again Elaina!

I’m surprised by all of these great reviews that you have. I called just now to order flowers and had a few questions but I own a business and I had a customer come into my store so I asked you to wait just a second. Once I started explaining, you hung up and never answered the second time I called you. If this is how we do business, then I’m going to go somewhere else since you clearly don’t want to answer phone calls and do your job.

Elena did my florals 11/18/2023 and my flowers were GORGEOUS. You can’t beat her prices. Everything was super fresh and she made sure the week of my wedding everything was correct.

Ordering flowers from out of town can make it challenging to find an arrangement that is “just right”. Elena did such a fantastic job gathering information and employing her own creativity to create the perfect arrangement! I appreciated her professionalism and prompt response. Elena is an amazing Florist! I am so happy we found her through the referral of another happy bride. The prices are reasonable and flowers were beautiful. I went to the shop with my husband and a friend. I wanted to buy some flowers for my living room. I noticed a little late but, Elena was continuously speaking in other language and rudely to us. It was not easy for me to shop and I just selected a few flowers. On one occasion while I was smelling one of the flower.she pushed the flowers straight into my nose and the pollen's went inside my nose with breathing. I have bronchitis and went home with the pollen's sticked to my nose. Upon asking why she is speaking in some other language.the reply was that I don't know Hindi.but I requested her to talk in English with us. She again and again said word Indian and namaste.which is fine but in a rude manner. We all are really hurt by this treatment towards us.

The arrangement was sent as a gift and it was beautiful. The flowers weren’t as fresh, though there’s a possibility heat was on in the delivery vehicle.

Messed up multiple orders, one for Mother’s Day and one for a funeral—and the owner is SO rude. Pass.

Two of the three people I’ve talked to were very nice and helpful, however the third was too strict and stubborn. Even when ordering through door dash i had a very decent amount of flowers for 35 dollars. My first time i also had a decent amount. Now my third time i have much less flowers than before and i am disappointed.

Elena is amazing. I found her through Todays Bride Wedding Show. Her prices are VERY reasonable compared to other floral places i looked into. Very affordable. My colors were a bit unique. Apparently it’s not used for weddings much. But she was able to match the color perfectly! Everything was so beautiful!

Elena did an amazing job with our wedding flowers! I really could not have been happier with how everything turned out. She was great to work with and made sure she understood what I was wanting/asking for. She delivered it all day of and helped to set it all up. So glad to have found her!

Incredibly and unexpectedly angry and mean as soon we entered the store. Very disappointing. Went in to buy flowers for a happy occasion and left very sad and confused as to the behavior from the owner/employee.

Edited to answer owner’s question below: this is in reference to the two young men that entered your store at 5: 30 on 6/19. They briefly stepped inside and were told there was a limited supply of fresh flowers. As they took a brief moment to look at the flowers and were on their phone for a minute to look for another close-by flower shop, they were told to “get out and
clean off their glasses and read the closed sign on the door. ” They might have missed the closed sign and presumed your store was open given the hours listed on Google and the open door to the store, but this is a really terrible way to treat people who enter your shop. Very disheartening.

It was a beautiful place and a nice little shop. I was in a rush to get a bouquet for my sister’s graduation and they helped me get one together fast. Nicely priced for beautiful flowers.

While the bouquet was absolutely beautiful it did not look like what we ordered at all and had absolutely no blue flowers in it. We picked the gallina specifically because of the blue flowers pictured and left a note for florist to make sure there were blue flowers in bouquet and not 1 blue flower was there and my request was completey ignored which was extremely disappointing. It was for a 9 uear old whose favorite color is blie for her very first flower delivery so no blue was extremely disappointing. Communication with florist was very easy and the lady I spoke to was very kind and friendly. Because the bouquet was so pretty and the service was great, even though I was disappointed in the selection the florist picked, I will probably order from here again. 4 stars because of the disappointment on not getting what expected.
