Worst nail salon i’ve ever been.i came this nail salon, expecting to get gel extensions, and I accidentally booked for a gel manicure, which on their website says it takes the same amount to do, and the person that was supposed to do me texted me at 8 AM in the morning, telling me to that she wasn’t able to do my appointment and she booked with a different person and I came on time to this appointment expecting to get my nails done for my graduation, which is on Sunday they couldnt accommodate and they were extremely extremely rude and made me put down made me pay the cancellation fee and it wasn’t a cancellation. I just came into the store and was not able to get done whatever I asked, for I would never come here again in my life.and is very racist just because i was a different color she was being so dramatic saying lower your voice when i wasn’t even raising it.

Highly recommended this salon Sydney always get my nails looking and feeling amazing. She knows just what I want before I even know sometimes. Love the atmosphere and how long my nails last.

I have had multiple wonderful experiences here. I was present at the time of the recent one star reviews and as it was impossible not to hear the customer complaining, I must say that the information shared in the reviews is not at all what happened in the salon. The employees handled themselves with much respect as has been my experience at Elevate. Elevate Lounge is professionally run and my nails always look wonderful when I leave. Kudos to the employees there!

Sydney did an amazing job on my GelX nails. Not only do they look amazing they also are amazing for my natural nails. 10/10 recommend Elevate Nail Lounge!

Kiyah did an amazing job on my French tips! She really paid attention to detail and was super friendly. I recommend this place for natural nails! ️

Visited Elevate for the first time today and Kiyah did an amazing job on my nails! I’m from out of town but I come to Toledo often so I will def be back to see her!

I had a pedicure that was better than most other local salons. Good service and caring staff.

I had appointment today at Elevate Nail Salon, today with Peyton. I will be going back and requesting her. Loved the relaxed atmosphere, did not fill rushed for next appointment, coming in. Peyton, did an excellent job!

I came here for the first time to have my nails done for my engagement and Taylor did an amazing job! I got a gel pedicure and gel extensions and they were exactly how I wanted it! Defintely going to be coming back

I’ve bought a Groupon, which I never do, but heard they’re amazing so I thought I would try.
Huge mistake!
I have been trying to contact them for the last 2 weeks. I have requested a booking online and have left voicemails with my number and no one wants to get back to me. I’m extremely disappointed in the service they have shown me.

I hate to leave this review. I am actually sad to do so. 17 reviews and I guess I am either the first one with a bad experience or I am the first one willing to speak up about this salon. As someone who is really passionate about natural/clean beauty and seeks out avenues for it often, I was really excited about this nail salon. However, my excitement quickly faded within seconds of walking through the door. First, the salon was empty, besides one of client; I found that odd since it is New Years Eve. One technician was performing a pedi and hardly acknowledged the fact that a paying customer walked through the door. No hello, just told me to pick out my polish and Peyton would be out shortly. I was never instructed to wash my hands for covid/flu safety- really didn't like that one. The whole intro to my experience was uncomfortable and odd. Peyton did shortly after, come out and asked what polish I wanted. Once again, a very awkward interaction. She proceeded to tell me that she needed to clean her tools and she would be back. I would assume that tools would always be clean prior to an appointment (based on a decade of experience with getting my nails done). From here, the entire "manicure" was hands down the least satisfying, and most inexperienced "manicure" I have ever received. My cuticles were barely cleaned and snipped, I had to ask three different times for her to file down my nails because she was leaving ridges and sharp edges. I initially assumed she was going to go back over them. But, she did not intend to. She asked me if they looked good. I am a very vocal nail client so I politely asked her to smooth them out for me. I left with polish on my skin, streaks in my polish and still uneven nail tips. I never received a hand massage or anything that made the experience a manicure. I was offered oil or lotion at the end of my visit before I paid. I felt like I just came in have someone carelessly slap on some gel polish and call it a day. I almost stopped her before she put the polish on but I am going on a trip this weekend and needed to have my nails done. The salon I have used for years didn't have any openings (I booked too late). The whole ordeal just screamed inexperience and for someone paying money to a business, it is really upsetting when the company is charging the same amount as well known, quality salons and providing less than half of the experience. I will also say this, I found the fact that your tech working in a natural nail salon and having long, bulky, acrylic nails rather odd as you do not provide that service. I think it speaks volumes when your own tech does not get their nails done by the salon they work at. I came here as an experiment, hoping to find a great, relaxing, environment to get my nails done and have some mama me time without the toxic chemicals that are a staple in most nail salons. But I instead, I left with a sour taste in my mouth and will not be back. I don't say any of this to receive anything or to get anyone in trouble or put your business on blast. I say this so you know the vibe and experience you are putting out there. Repeat business is great but cultivating new business is a necessary life line for small businesses. I would also like to note that I would have explained this to someone in person if either girls working would have asked how my experience was.but they did not. I guess an empty salon on New Years Eve really does speak for itself.

I have been going here for just over a year now and Sydney is amazing! She always makes my nails look amazing! Very friendly service! It’s my favorite place to go and relax and get a little me time. ️
