Elevated Fence, Columbus OH

They cut the electric wire leading to our detached garage and claimed they didn’t do it and weren’t responsible… unbelievable! When confronted they said they would put a lien on our property if we didn’t pay the balance and they would not help pay the electrician, $1,300! They did not do their due diligence prior to digging. Avoid using this company.

We couldn't be happier! Jerry and his team arrived on time and completed the job in less time than anticipated - including removal of the old fence. The new cedar fence is beautiful and we look forward to enjoying our space for many years to come. I would highly recommend Elevated Fence to anyone looking for an update to your yard.

Set a date and time to have someone come out and speak about getting a fence. Never showed. Do not use

Good experience, responsive, excellent quality custom wood shadowbox fence built from scratch using treated lumber (No prefabricated panels). Also removed all old fencing.

No-show on the day of the scheduled estimate. I tried multiple times to reschedule but no one has returned my calls. How do companies like this stay in business.

Called Elevated for fence estimate and install. I was provided an estimate on the phone. Thanks to technology measurement can be made online. All types of fence where explained. I settled on Pine fence with 3 year warranty included. Fence installation went very well, the guys did a nice job cleaning up the jobsite. Excellent customer service.

Great Company! Jerry was very professional yet friendly and personable at the same time. He helped me figure out the best fencing option to help secure our little puppy in the backyard. He had great recommendations on materials and style but I never felt pressure on the decisions. He wanted to make sure I was happy and ultimately got what I wanted. I am in love with my fence and the work they did. Tony came back the next day with a crew to install the doors. He was also great. He made sure I didn’t have any questions or further needs. He also made sure the ground/fence levels was tight so my little dog couldn’t slip under. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for fencing. Absolutely one of my best customer service experiences. Communication was amazing with them. Quality materials and superb craftsmanship at a very reasonable cost also. Thanks Jerry and Tony!
