Elite Flooring & Tile, Sugarcreek OH

We had a floor in our church that the glue was coming up Thru and we had these guys come and take a look and they where like yes we can keep that from happening so they put another floor in and did a Great Job but it didn't hold up and before he put it in he said he stands behind his work and now we have been trying to get him to come out and look at it for months and he don't even return phone calls it's not that he don't do nice work he just don't do what he say he will!

Edit; 02/09/2022 we have tried to get help from them countless times still no help IF you by chance get ahold of someone they say yes they want to help and they will get back to us but they never did yet I will update when they do!

We are having issues with a floor elite flooring installed but they are not willing to even show up to look at it and not returning phone calls. Poorest customer service I've seen.

There work looks great, but we had glue come up through the floor within a couple months of it being installed, at first they promised to take care of it but now they won’t get back to us and it’s been almost two years since we first sent them pictures and information of glue coming up through there tiles. We have tried reaching out many times, if they do answer it’s always with promises that aren’t kept. If you have a problem you probably won’t get it resolved through them.
Take a look at the pictures, this is what we have dealt with for the last two years, with nothing getting done to actually fix the issue.
