Elite Nails, Akron OH

This place isn’t bad, yet it’s not one-hundred percent all about customer service. I would like to be talk to like a friend not just like a customer who there to give money. Over all my nails are good and they knew what I wanted. I would try again. It’s affordable.

Just got my nails done with dip powder. I love them. This is my 3rd set I've had done there. They do a great job and would recommend their service.

The last three times I've gone here, my nail sets have lasted me a little over a month. Ive never been to a nail place where my nails last that long and I love it! Will be my go to place and will definitely recommend to all my friends and family.

GREAT staff. Very welcoming and sweet. They are amazing! As soon as I walked in they said hello ans to take a seat ans they be with me shortly. Which was only about 5 mins. Love it here!

Every time I get my nails done anywhere I tell the nail tech that I like the acrylics as thin as they can get them, and I’m not kidding when I say this was the best set I’ve ever had! Hands down. When my nails grew out you could barely even tell I needed a fill because the edge was so flush with my natural nail (I had a clear base). Never going anywhere else again!

My good friend V. P.went here and she had the worst service ever! First she had to wait 5 hours and she didn’t even get what she wanted.

I’ve gone to elite nails a little more than a handful of times. I’ve had several different nail technicians and they all knew what they were doing. I’ve never been disappointed leaving this shop. They are patient, detailed, and do a great job!

They do a great job there and everyone is very nice. Been going there for a little more than a year. I recommend them.

I love this place. Yes cheap, not because they aren't good, but because they are the best and they do not charge you a fourtune

This is the worst nail solan I’ve experienced me and my best friend sat for 2 hours and when we finally got to sit by them the girl had a nasty attitude my nails chipped the next day n tired to make me pay again n 3 nails came off in 2 days then messed up my best friends nails and had a attitude when I asked her to fix them

Worst place EVER!

Terrible service. Waited for two hours and said something about our appointment two times and no service given. For a cheap price they’re low quality. Would not recommend this to anyone.

Friendly staff, fair prices. Wish they were open later but they always do great job on my nails!

They are always friendly and very clean. I have been going to this nail salon for 13 years and have never had bad service. It has never made a difference in who the tech is. It's always the same great service.

Fantastic ladies here, I had less than an hour to get nails and toes done and they worked with me and made my nails looks fabulous. Got me in and out, thanks ladies!

Had a new guy do my nails, which made me nervous. He was a little rude and immature. Did an OK job, just did not shorten my nails the way I wanted them. Gotta find a new place. I like to get what I'm paying for.
