Cindy did an amazing job on my nails! I’ve always had a great experience here. They are super friendly.

All appointments for customers who had booked in the waiting area were being delayed by the receptionist, and they even asked one lady to come back another day. My scheduled appointment was 30 minutes late and the scheduled technician did not start my pedicure, but I had to ask for her since she was walking around doing other non-essential tasks. Nails we okay, but the service was not at all what I was hoping for.

I was visiting the area from out of state and decided to treat myself to a manicure and pedicure. It was a Monday morning, and I walked in without an appointment. Huy (Andy) was very welcoming and friendly! He took me in and I was treated to an amazing pedicure with an excellent (much needed) foot massage. It was so quiet and peaceful, I actually was able to rest and close my eyes for a few minutes. My manicure was also amazing. Everyone was very friendly and outgoing, and I felt as if I was at my own home nail salon, even if I was 500 miles away. Thank you so very much for the wonderful service. I will try to make it a tradition to stop by for a mani/pedi whenever I am in town.

Cindy has doctor-level skills for bad toe nails! Everyone at this shop is so friendly. Highly recommend.

Elite Nails of Avon Lake is a five-star experience from start to finish! I have been a loyal customer since Cindy and her husband, Hipp opened their doors (15 years ago.) Cindy, Emily, and the entire staff is both professional and friendly. They take pride in their work. They care and take the time to make sure their patrons are getting what they came in for. Within 2 days of getting my manicure it started to chip. I went back they "fixed" it they were not smooth and now they are all chipping.

As always they make it work, was squeezed in right at opening this morning since my original appointment was rescheduled with Emily on vacay (I just couldn’t wait for my next week appointment because of work). Cindy did an amazing job! Love them! Only downside is today it was country music lol and if that’s my only complaint I can’t live with it
