Scheduling appointments was super easy and staff were phenomenal at our checkup. Great pediatric dentist!

They are always so friendly and helpful. My daughter always feels comfortable going there. Everyone makes it such a positive experience. The hygienists and dentists are all wonderful! The give coins to the kids to pick a prize at the end from the toy machines which is a HUGE hit with my 8 year old. We had Dr. Ivory Ward today and she was so personable and helpful with our questions.

We have been going to this office for about 3 years now, and I recommend them. The staff is amazing and they are so great with my daughters. Both of my daughters had to have teeth pulled due to either crowding or cavities, and they provide nitrous oxide to help calm them and then keep them occupied with iPads and even offer to paint their nails! They make the experience as comforting as possible so that it is not a traumatic experience that makes them afraid to go back again. Truly appreciate the level of care they provide.

Smiles 1st always makes the kids' dentist appointments a breeze! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Their office is clean and they go above and beyond to make the kids feel at ease and relaxed!

Dr Bob and his team were wonderful with my special needs son. Dr Bob came out to speak with me after his exam. Very patient and understanding. Would highly recommend.

Nice staff from the front desk to the hygienist and dentist. They were through, patient and calming with my 4 year old who at first refused to cooperate.

My son has severe anxiety. This office always meets his needs and makes for a great experience. On this particular visit, the dentist actual saw him before the cleaning. We left and my son said seeing the dentist first made him so much more relaxed during the cleaning because he wasn’t worried the whole time something was wrong. Thank you!

This place is very accommodating with children, especially Dr. Bob! The whole staff is pleasant and is extremely kind to the children. I would recommend this place to any parent that had kids with special needs or in general. Always leaving having a pleasant experience.

We've been going to Smiles 1st (formerly Dr. Mueller) for 15+ years. We never had a reason to go anywhere else. The dental assistants are always positive. Anna (sp?) still remembers our kids when they were just 5 years old! Great group of people.

Lariah was very nervous for her first visit today, but all the ladies made her feel very comfortable, especially Tracy! She explained everything to Lariah and that put her at ease. She said everyone was very nice and likes Dr. Ivory. She actually can’t wait to go back! We definitely will refer your business to others! The front desk receptionist (dark hair and darker skin), mid twenties/early thirties girl, always seems to be working every time I have had appointments with my son is very rude, seems to be annoyed that she is working, unhelpful, makes 1 word responses, doesn’t look you in the eye when talking. Her attitude stinks and shouldn’t be the first face you see when you walk in!

This is the best pediatric dentist! It’s always the most relaxed experience. The nurses and doctors have so much patience with my toddler. I love the coins they give after the appointment and the fact that they have iPads for the kids to use. They also explain everything very well and offer reasonable prices. Love it here.

We are coming in this office since my first daughter was 1 year and 10 months she had cavities and the were the ones to take care of that she is 5 years now and no other issues anymore. We come every 6 months to check up and cleaning. Everyone who works here are so nice and professional. Thank you for your great work!

After having high expectations as being long time clients of Dr Mueller and her amazing team, we are sorely disappointed in our experiences at Smiles 1st. Dr Bob is very kind as is Dr Ivory. We had the same hygienist for two fillings and she seemed to lack confidence and competency. She shared over my son that she was unwell and shouldn’t be at work. She seemed unsure of the equipment and unable to provide the dentist tools as requested. Our experience was so disappointing, we plan to transfer care to another pediatric dentist. Communication among providers was also poor as my son required staged procedures and the care plan changes each time the dentist changed. My son is autistic and has to be prepared prior to his visits and constant change in plans makes and already challenging dental visit, more negative.

So easy and quick. They get both of our daughters in at the same time and usually early. Today we were out of there ten min after our appointment was supposed to begin because they took us early. Kids love the prizes and the staff is so gentle and kind.

I like it very much here, they are very friendly, it makes me feel relaxed, I will lock it in here.

Due to the circumstances of being the first visit for my little one they were absolutely wonderful with her. Staff was so friendly and the atmosphere was great. Definitely making this her permanent dental spot and hopefully will be for my second as well.
