I have enjoyed living at Ellet Park Gardens. Monika, the property manager, is always willing to take care of any issue that arises and she does her best to keep the property a nice place to live. I love that it's quiet and well taken care of.

My Girlfriend and I have lived here for about 9 months now and we love it! The neighborhood is clean & quiet, the apartment is nice and modern & everything works great. The garages are also a huge benefit. Monika is awesome and so is the maintenance guy Lewis, very quick to come fix any concerns or anything. All in all we really like it here and would definetly recommend it to any of our friends or family.

I just moved in. And loving everything about it. The property manager Monika, has been extremely helpful, super kind, friendly, professional and informative. I think I’m going to love it here. Day 4 and absolutely not 1 complaint or regret. Thanks Monika for making it such any easy move.

The process to move in went really smoothly. Monika was so helpful and answered all of my questions. The apartment is clean, well maintained, and the property is well manicured.

I have been a resident of Ellet Park Gardens since January of 2021, and could not be happier with my choice. After selling my condo that had been my home for 17 years, I was blessed to find an apartment available here with a lovely stream/woods view, including ducks, deer and the occasional Pelican walking down the stream.
The property manager, Monika Blankenship is unbelievably responsive with any questions that might come up and Lewis Gamiere is just as responsive and efficient with the very few maintenance issues I have had. I cannot say enough about Monika's communication with the entire community, be it trash pick up or annual line striping of the parking lot! Monika strives to make living here fun by sponsoring and encouraging several resident contests and events throughout the year.
If you are looking for a new place to call home, I can most highly recommend Ellet Park Gardens.

Quiet, friendly, apartment community conveniently located near plenty of grocery, food and drink, coffee, and gym options. Been here 6 years and have only ever had a few maintenance issues which were always addressed same day.

I live Ellet park garden apartment almost 2-3 years, I believe. I absolutely loved this place the reason there’s lot of places, lakefront, and many close to my house so I can walk for my workout. What more it’s very impressive me a lot that maintenance and landlord already knowledge and aware that I am deaf and my disability access what I need meet my methods and they always communicate and do anything for what I’m looking for even maintenance know sign language- it’s make me so happy and comfortable! Also I always go to lease office to use fax it or print my personal for needed. Lease office is very flexible and do anything for help for emergency or else then they will take care of it. Most definitely I’ll recommend to everyone apply or check it out and you will love it! You will thank me later!

I absolutely love living here. It's a nice area with a lot of shops and restaurants. My apartment is bright and cheery and clean and new. The management and maintenance staff are excellent. Before I moved here, I lived in a place that didn't take good care of their apartments or their tenants when they had service requests. As soon as you file a request here, they're on it. They also take excellent care of the parking lot areas, especially during the winter. Just another area that was neglected where I used to live but isn't here. It makes a huge difference when you're trying to get around in the winter. And the people I live by are very nice and friendly. If you're looking for a great place to live that's quiet, clean and well taken care of, I would definitely recommend Ellet Park Garden apartments.

Where to start. I don’t leave reviews on anything but this feels necessary in hopes to keep people from falling into the same trap I did. The most obvious thing, the rent itself is expensive for what you get. Which is a mediocre living space and that’s essentially it. Living here has been riddled with fees and hoops to jump through. There’s a $30+ convenience fee just for paying online and that’s for every online payment you make with them including the $145 fee you have to pay to even move out for cleaning despite the fact that they expect you to clean and vacuum everything before vacating. Want a pet or one of the few garages they may have available? Get ready to shell out even more money. I make a decent wage but this place is a black hole for money. You’re better off spending it elsewhere.
