Elyria Sanitation Department

They have skipped picking up my garbage 4 times this year.not only mine but both neighbors and a few others on this street.im not happy about it.

My recycling was not picked up today, and they left a trash bag in the garbage bin. This is the second time this has happened.

Weekly trash pickup is great. No problems. Regarding a review about seeing the Department of Sanitation employee walking by a glass bottle. It isn't their responsibility to pick up loose trash in the road, only to dispose of trash that's in proper containers. If WE see a bottle in the road, WE should please pick it up and put it in a proper receptacle for the sanitation department to process.

They won’t touch a grass bag if it’s too heavy. Every time it’s been 1/3 full, my 4 year old helped me take it down and it was to heavy for them. Pure laziness

I just watched them leave used medical supplies in the road. After a garbage bag broke. And watched them walk right past a glass bottle on the road.

2 weeks in a row I have to call them to get the garbage from my lawn. I watched the truck get everyone else but mine! Then people complain about it even after I call and the city wants to complain about it. This is ludacris they get paid to do this and the bill is higher for pickup now and still not getting done!

They ALWAYS are failing to pick up recyclables. They are trash at picking up the trash.
