We use embassy suites for all family trips and they never disappoint.the complimentary breakfast, clean rooms and swimming pools make it very comfortable for leisure and relaxation.
Thanks for all that you do.

This was not the most impressive Hilton establishment. The dining area/bar was very cold. We had two dead flies on the bathroom counter and on the table next to the television. The food was mediocre at supper. The breakfast buffet was good. The shower squealed the whole time it was in use. The staff at check in was very nice, but the staff at check out didn't even ask how our stay was. I would not stay here again.

I travel weekly for work and have stayed at yucky places. This is one of the nicest embassy suites I’ve stayed at. (Not sure about the area because I didn’t explore the area) rooms are either new or recently updated. Staff was very friendly. The bartender (Stephanie I think, new employee) was extremely friendly. Called me by my name. I never had to ask for anything because she checked on me before I could ask.

Our room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast and Evening receptions are a nice perk, which is why we try to stay at an Embassy. Bartender Jeff was friendly and attentive. Also, we are glad Embassy's (at least this one) are finally getting rid of the well whiskey Jim Beam 8 Star. Horrible well whiskey. I can order well whiskey again!

Really nice hotel but we won't be back. Our room, bathroom and vents were really dirty. Sheets were good, room was vacuumed and bathroom lightly cleaned but it was rough otherwise. It needs a really good deep clean. There was gunk (we will leave it at that) on the ceiling above the bed. Room 833.

Also there are no locks on the main bedroom door so if you're traveling with littles, the only room you can get dressed in with privacy is the bathroom.

My family and I have patroned here for more than 10 years and this was the worst experience ever at a this hotel. My review gives my situation along with a proposed solution for the hotel to prevent this type of (what I perceived as) racial profiling during this sensitive time of COVID. First, this hotel has a sign on the front entrance door which mandates mask. Yet, when I came down for breakfast the dining area was packed with maskless families eating and children coughing uncontrollably. I explained to Audrey that I would feel more comfortable taking my childrens breakfast to the room and not bringing them down to eat in the dining room. She was understanding and gave me 3 small carry out boxes. As I was fixing food for my small unvaccinated children, I was approached by Paula who was very rude and spoke to me in a "hood" style slang.stating that I can't keep loading food up and then walked away. As she she walked away I commenced to explaining to the back of her head that this food is for my 3 children who I did not feel comfortable bringing to the dining room to eat. And asked her to look up my room number. Her exact words back were "Well you shoulda told me dat from jump! " I responded that "I would have if you would have asked me why I was loading food from the beginning. " Instead this woman made an assumption based on my color. I feel this way because I was the only black person in the dining area at this time and when we visited this same hotel a few months ago I brought them up food as well and was not harassed. I took my children their food and returned to complain to the manager only to find her there talking to the manager (Derrick) explaining her side of what happened before I got a chance to. When she saw me approaching she ran away saying " this is the lady" in a low voice. I am not certain of what else she said to Derrick, but he was very dismissive to the whole situation as I was sharing what happened. Derrick did tell me that Paula came to warn him about a complaint he may receive. This was the most demeaning and embarrassing situation I have been in in a long time. All the white other patrons stopped to stare at me as she basically accused me of hoarding food. I shared my feelings with Derrick and still he was dismissive. No compassion. I used to love this hotel but now I am thinking differently. My suggestion to this hotel is to give an option to guests who have small children that would allow them to take their kids breakfast up to the room without the public humiliation and embarrassment during COVID.

You can't compare this place with other Embassy suites.
-The room I reserved wasn’t the one they put us in.
-The bartender at the bar is great!
-The lobby area is beautiful but the couches are not clean!
-There was no housekeeping service the entire stay.
Carpet in the room was insanely dirty and old!
This was the loudest hotel I think I may have ever stayed in.

The breakfast buffet is pretty much that you could buy yourself at Convenience store. *No omelette on Sunday

This place is not worth the pricing… I’ll recommend the one at Columbus airport.

I wasn’t happy at all!

We are very disappointed and we will not stay there again.

Absolutely awful. My room was not clean. Also had some business to do, didn’t want to wake up my family so I went down to the lobby and I was told that” I couldn’t sit there. This area is closed”. I am sorry did I not pay to be here? ! Can I not sit here with my computer? ! Breakfast was awful. Cheap and horrible service. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU HAVE ANY STANDARDS AT ALL! Never again!

Hotel is beautiful and in a great location. Don't count on getting extreme value for your Hilton points. I used 16,000 points (the points and pay option) and saved a whopping 24 dollars. When asked, I was told the hotel did not have anything to do with points.umm.you are a hilton? And don't deal with Hilton points? Other than that, beautfiul place.

Rooms were spacious enough to look like apartment housing. The food was great and well decorated with friendly servers. The area had a breakfast bar in the morning and a bar available at night. No view to look at in romm.

Five years of returning here three times per year for three-day business meetings has given everyone in our organization ample opportunity to appraise every aspect of the hospitality we have experienced-and become raving fans of the consistent quality of service we have enjoyed. Everyone on staff who we have encountered here repeatedly has shown they care about what they're doing and make an effort to do it right. We love this place!

The rooms where clean and the front desk staff where helpful also. But they didn't have conjuring rooms that I thought. My grandsons couldn't swim because the pool wasn't heated like I was told. The food was ok. It was my 60th birthday and my daughter graduated from college on the same day. We had fun tho

I think the Embassy was beautiful. We didn't have hot water. I felt uncomfortable because they watched you constantly like you were going to do something. The exercise room was ok. The breakfast was great!

I stayed a night at the Embassy Suites in July 2021 and it is a very nice looking hotel on the inside. One of the best I've been to yet. Unforgettable

Really enjoyed the breakfast! Paula in the breakfast area really took excellent care of us! The whole staff was incredible from start to finish! Indoor pool was a little cold, though. The hotel is very nice!

This location is a little annoying as it is tucked away a bit among office buildings. Everything else was great. It is very modern compared to many other embassy suites I have visited. The pool was pretty unique, but it was cold. All of the staff as exceptional, other than one bartender during the managers reception. She just seemed very annoyed at everyone. Other than that, it was a great stay.
