This was the second time Sarah came out to fix my grill. This didn’t upset me since I watched her from afar. She was focused and worked hard to resolve my problem. I have to hand it to her she is a young enterprising girl. I wish our country had more people like her. I recommend the company and her to anyone who needs help fixing their grill.

Your technician came out yesterday and attempted to fix the brand new gas log set you installed a month ago. The log set still isn’t right. There are no flames in the middle of the fire still and the the flames are still very weak and not as good as the other identical log set in our other room. Very disappointed considering we spent almost $7000.00. If you could please call us. Thank you

Edited: there is nothing wrong with our gas pressure Our house pressure is not the problem considering your sub contractor who installed it tested the pressure and said we have excellent pressure. You installed another gas log set in another one of of fireplaces and it works good. There are 7 furnaces in the house with two separate gas lines that supply the house. We have a 100kw generator getting installed and it’ runs off our gas line as well and they tested the gas pressure to make sure we have adequate pressure/ supply to run the generator and told us we have excellent pressure as well. The problem ie within the log set you installed. Also when your technician came out this last week specifically asked him to test our pressure to show him that the pressure is very good and he said he doesn’t have the necessary tools/ gauge to test the pressure so please don’t blame the issue on our pressure when your technician didn’t have the right tools to test it and diagnose the issue. I would be more than happy to have him come back out with the right tools to check it so you can see the pressure isn’t the issue. (our other gas fireplace is works perfectly fine:) )
