I love going to Embrace Salon and Spa. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Hope is my stylist and always does a fantastic job.
Hope does my hair and she does such a good job. She always makes me the perfect blonde, while always trying new techniques and shades.
Update: Shannon called me and she went above and beyond to explain what happened and to schedule a new appointment for me before Christmas. She made me feel welcome and I appreciate them reaching out right away and making it right. I am looking forward getting my hair done with Rachel again.
Original Post: I’ve been a client for a while now, I have had multiple massages and back in October I got my hair done at Embrace salon and spa for the first time. I made two appointments back in October to get my hair done with Rachel in November and again next Saturday December 23rd, today they called my husband’s number and asked me to call in because they had a scheduling conflict. I called back and the girl said that she was calling because another of Rachel’s clients has an appointment this Saturday but she wanted to go in on the 23rd instead, so she wanted to know I if I could switch with her. By the way she explained it, there was no emergency or actual reason for the person to want to switch. I said that I scheduled to get my hair done almost two months ago for a reason, also I already have plans for this Saturday. I literally felt so disappointed and upset that they just wanted to move my appointment around that I decided to cancel. Rachel did my hair well the first time and I was looking forward to getting it done before Christmas, I explained to her we will be hosting Christmas for the first time at our house and that it was important for me to have my hair looking nice (that’s why I booked it so long ago) and now, a little over a week before Christmas I don’t have anyone to do my hair. Everyone was always really nice to me there, but today I didn’t feel like they valued me as a customer.
