Annette Bryant is so much more than pleasant.

She takes a minute to explain a circumstance, while others at the Garfield Heights branch do not; instead, they are abrupt and dismissive -so much so, that I considered finding another credit union. If it weren't for Annette, I would have.

Annette is kind, attentive, supportive, cordial, friendly and warm. She gives remarkable customer service. I can't say enough about Annette.

When Annette learned that I called her (She had been busy with another customer.), she called me back! I had not left my phone number or my name.
I did not leave voicemail. Yet, she called me back! Annette is a gem.

The Garfield Heights branch is very fortunate to have her! Needless to say, I am grateful that she works there.

Card lost two weeks ago, the customer service person cancelled the card but did not order a replacement. Called again and the claimed to have ordered it and it would take seven to ten days. Very unprofessional and lack customer first attitude. Will definitely be looking for a new credit union. Hours do not fit a employed persons schedule and they now only have one location and no ATM. Very poor customer service.

I came to Emerald Credit Union to refinance and with the help of Jill Kiggins I was able to get approved the same day! Jill made sure I understood everything and made the process so smooth and so easy! Thank you Jill Kiggins!

I have been a member of ECU for several years. My experiences with the employees have been great at both the Bedford location and Garfield Hts. My recent experience with Jill Kiggins was exceptional! I came in to apply for a loan. She went steps further and looked at my credit to see areas that could help me in the long run. I was approved for the loan, but we also have a plan to revisit my financial portfolio to restructure some things that will put me in a better position for the future. I am so happy that she looked beyond my immediate need and found it important to help me with future goals.

Jill Kiggins handled my auto loan and I have to tell you she is the best loan officer I’ve ever dealt with! She is very knowledgeable, very friendly and goes out of her way to make sure everything is done in a timely manner.

Went through EGCU for a home refinance and was assisted by loan officer Jill Kiggins who made the process extremely easy, ensured every step was well understood, and got through the whole process extremely fast! Jill also at a later date helped work through trying to find the best loan options that fit my situation best and got me through the process with ease.
