7Care has declined. Maybe at one time was a nice place but care is not quality anymore. I've had a couple family members here over the past couple years and the care is disappointing, cleanliness, and overall care is not acceptable. Family must monitor loved ones closely. Just use caution.
I was a recent nearly 6 weeks rehabilitation resident of Emerald Pointe. I pretty much had to learn to walk again, after spinal surgery for my severe neuropathy. The therapists were very professional and the staff were friendly, helpful, professional people. They have a hard and often thankless job. They took good care of me and I appreciated that. I had other issues going on in my life and they show a ton of compassion to me. I would recommend Emerald Point to anyone needing their type of services.
My mother is a resident and we have received nothing short of professional care. It gives me a piece of mind that she is receiving the care that she needs.
I have had nothing but great experiences with Emerald Pointe, it's staff, and the facility. The Admissions Director is the sweetest, most welcoming person, and made me and my family feel right at home.
Emerald Pointe is a great facility in a small village. Residents of this community are blessed to have such a wonderful place for their families and loved ones to go for rehab or long term care. People come from all over the state to reside or rehabilitate. I strongly recommend Emerald Pointe to anyone in need of a Nursing facility. The facility is clean, people are friendly, lots of activities to endure in and you will for sure make friends.
My mother was a resident here. The care was amazing and the staff was great.they always made my family feel like they were part of the Emerald Pointe family. I also have a very close friend that is like a sister to me here and she get great care. I'm also happy to be an employee of Emerald Pointe. I also have 1 daughter in law that is an STNA and 2 that work in the therapy department. I'm proud to say that I'm a part of Team emerald.
