Emergency Medical Transport, Inc. EMT Ambulance reviews
4I used this company’s ambulance service in Feb.the fat blood woman who assisted the medic put a red allergy band on my arm. I told her I was not allergic cruel she left it on my arm and exited the hospital. I had to call and ask for the bill when it came I paid half of the total it took 2-3 weeks to get a response and updated bill. On 6-22-22 I wrote out the. Remaining balance of $261.96 and mailed the check in the enclosed envelope. On 7-12-22 they still have not credited the check. Meanwhile I have gotten 3 requests to send the balance. I cancelled the check with my bank. I called the local company tomorrow I will drop off a postal check. Every bill had a different address Akron, Atlanta, and Florida. I do not trust this company at all. To be clear AMR is the company. I see a new company have moved into AMR’s former address. Asking me to take down my honest and true review of AMR.
Both supervisors are very professional, kind, understanding & you can tell they really care about the people they respond to calls for & that they really care about getting someone the best help they need, no matter the issue, giving advice ect. Absolutely the best people I've come in contact with in a very long time. Kindness and big hearts go a long way. Thank you guys
I received great care. They even checked on me on their way leaving out the hospital from bringing in another patient in. They came after I was told no one was available. Thank you for serving on the front line in such a time as this.
Terrible services took 20 minutes to come for important matters! And then the paramedics think they know more than the nurses! Specifically the blonde!
