Usually good but not yesterday i stood waiting for ten mins only for me to be told no one could help me someone schedule me wrong they did i was rushed

The student were nice, I did not like the pedicure, you cannot give a proper pedicure in a foot soak plastic tub.please invest in real pedicure chairs. I dont think the student get all the supplies they need.

This place is worthless. Mark my words do not get your hair cut here I was told by a student they tried to hide so they didn't have to cut my hair. Ghetto school ghetto mentality running it do not support this business. Plus it's dirty hair everywhere counters dirty I'd rather get my haircut from Freddy Kruger.

Fact. All good reviews are written by staff and their friends. This school is GHETTO af. I went there for a short time and finished at another. I thought I was going to school at the colerain police department for awhile since the cops are always there from students fighting and stealing. The black clients are racist against white students. Empire Beauty School. Home of the Hoodrats.

I most likely will never come back here. I was first to check in and everyone after me got called first. I arrived at 9 for a haircut. Its 10: 15 as of now and I'm seriously about to leave. Never again will I come here.

Very bad communication! Called to ask about full highlites the same day, they tell me to arrive by 1pm. Arrived at 1240, they ask me to come back at 120 bc lunch. But they would be able to fit us in. Come back and now they can't do it? ! Poor communication & a very unorganized feel

UPDATE: my gel manicure is chipping after less than a week. If the teachers had been checking in I don't think this wild be a problem, but they didn't.

I don't expect the best because these ladies and gentlemen are students and they were learning, however! The teachers are not really checking in on the students tho give them help! It took offer 1 and a half hours to get my nail polish off because the young lady just had never done it before and was never taught how. This is not her mistake but the fault of her teachers. My appointment was at 9: 30 and I didn't leave till after 1: 00. I only got a manicure and gel polish. I won't go back and suggest you not go. My girl was very sweet and I liked her a lot but am unimpressed by the entire thing.

Great place for students to learn their craft, under supervision. As always students are STILL LEARNING.

I love going to the Empire Beauty School. I started going about 6 months ago. I have two awesome ladies that do my hair. Jessica Phillips and Abby are the best ones there. I wouldn't go to anyone else. I started there with long hair that was multi colors. Which Jessica and Abby took my multi colored hair and turned it into one beautiful color. I did cut all my hair off but I love it would never grow it back out and with the encouragement of Jessica and Abby I was able to cut my hair and become the person that I really am. Now I go there once a week to have my hair trimmed. Always have friendly staff but remember that Jessica and Abby are the best ones there. I also took my best friend and she went from yellow hair to a beautiful blonde with lowlights. The cut was done perfect. Thanks ladies!

Very rude unorganized receptionist answering the phones lied about the young lady being booked but she told me she wasn’t never will go there for service again

I Attend this school our atmosphere is so positive for learning, the people all share commin passions and the talent is amazing

I graduated from this school 5 years ago! I love the school. I have a amazing experience while I was there. I was taught so much. I feel I had amazing education while there. So much that I came back to work for the school. The students are very educated, and get lots of hands on practice. The services are amazing and you cant beat the price!

Styled my hair exactly how I wanted it, but could've gave me a better trim. All and all service was good, and friendly.

I stopped in for the first time to get a cut. A young lady named Katelyn Lacey did an excellent job on the cut. I loved that the instructor didn't stand over her shoulder but did the initial consultation with her and checked the cut throughout. They were both very professional and made the experience great enough that I will go back for other services. Thank you Katelyn and Kim!

I absolutely loves it. An Sabrina the lady who did my hair did an outstanding job. I will be checking in with her in 2weeks!
