Empire Packing, Mason OH

Arrived at 4pm for 5pm appointment, was given door at 6. It's 730pm and truck has not even been touched. Looked through windows where I checked in, office and warehouse is empty. Not one person around. Finally start on truck 830pm. It's now 1020pm still here. Says they close at 10

I would say that it is the worst company to make a delivery, the security does not inform you well what you have to do. If you do not want to waste your day, do not deliver in this place. I took one o'clock and they told me to come back at 3 that It was my appointment, I arrived at the agreed time and I was waiting in the truck because the security guard couldn't explain that I had to walk into the office and deliver the papers, 4: 45 check they gave me the door around 5 and something it's 8: 15 and they don't finish.

I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Avoid this place if possible. They take forever to get anything done.

Its a great place to work. The company takes care of their employees. You show up on time to work and you should never have any problems!

As u enter the facility go left to the guard shack. Check in and proceed to the dock. Smooth in and out. Great job guys

Great, friendly staff, in and out with the delivery, they were celebrating something in the recieving office, even offered me a plate lunch

Very smooth, was picking up, 1hr before appointment, was given a door right away loaded and paperwork less than 2hrs. Fast loading, Friendly environment, small staging area looks like no overnight parking.

Super slow place for delivery, app 5Pm still don’t have dock, don’t take you early, don’t waste your time.

Gave this place my all, however, they did not listen to my concerns, instead they spread my concern around like elementary school! Horrible management, they do not appreciate hard work, and they support people who disrespect them& walk out in middle of day becuz they were disciplined!

Really enjoy loading there. People are polite& friendly.easy to get along with.
Have loaded me quick. Nice loads.
Always glad to come back to Empire.

February 26,2022 appointment 06: 00 15 minutes early, doc # 15,06: 35 trailer is loaded, getting my Bill's of Lading. 5 gold stars for these folks.

If I could rate a zero I would. Poor management who consistently is questioning why you did this or that, even though you are doing exactly as trained. Co-workers are toxic who also get away with creating a hostile work environment and the managers do nothing about it. They play favorites and bully the ones who are truly there to do their job rather than hang out and do their job for them on top of your job! HR says they are dedicated to a safe work environment yet they fire you for being a victim of ongoing hostile, yelling, cussing at you type of employees. The HR department is a revolving door. Nobody lasts long enough to remember your name. You are not allowed to tell anyone about the discrimination if you are white. I feel bad for my replacement. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. The job description for Demand Planner is also a lie. You WILL have to take on being a trainer, AND babysitting every single department in the place. When they screw up, YOU are the one who gets written up. Not to mention, your “contract” for salary never matches up to your W2.

Don't come here. Worst place to deliver, will take forever to just get unloaded, had an app at 5: 00 in the morning and it's 9 am and haven't get my trailer touched yet. Worst of the worst

Appt was 9AM for PO MP 25005 11/22 told to come back at 10AM due to unknown reasons. As per broker the warehouse was running behind. At 10AM driver is told to return back at 6PM.no phone calls for a door until 11/23 day 2.8.51 AM.when we spoke to the lady at the receiving office who was very insensitive she said there is no room for unloading and they had to make room for unloading. In other words they detained the truck using it as a storage for free.finally at 1PM the lady says they where short staffed and they are dohg the best they can do. This place is a no good place for delivery.please make sure you come to deliver with lots of time in hand to spare

I work at Empire it's a good place to work and the people are people you would want to know and work with.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I worked there as full time employee since Nov 2nd 2020 I was suppose to come in as a machine operator but they like to play favorites and put who they want on machines even temps coming in after my hire in date, they would tell me to make totes and the way they set totes from pallet to table is completely unsafe because they want at least 10-15 totes lifted on the table and because the totes would be stacked so high above my head I was afraid I'd hit myself in the head. Not only is it unsafe but they do not care about your safety either. I told them I had double hernia meshes and a very bad back and should NOT be lifting this kind of thing at all but they still put me in that position for like four days. Not a very good safe place to work. Especially since they stack pallets in the middle of walk ways. I seen someone fall and almost hit their head on steel because of how bad that place is not being more safe

It's a miserable place to work not enough time for breaks and back and neck pain immediately couldn't handle it
