Empress Court Chinese Restaurant, Chagrin Falls OH

Placed an order for Christmas day pick-up nearly 32 hours in advance. They were happy to take my card details over the phone and have me pre-pay for the order. Christmas day arrives and I show up at the agreed-upon time for them to tell me "we lost your order and haven't even started making it yet". They weren't sorry, apologetic or willing to discount the order or do anything to accommodate me and my entire family's food order on CHRISTMAS day. Major bummer. They told me they lost their lease renewal and it (unfortunately) seems to be for the better. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra two miles down the road to Hunans.

Best Chinese food. Lots of options and the flavors of there sauces is Devine

I have been eating Chinese food my whole life- I’m 51… this was just bland and not flavorful enough for me. I never trust a Chinese restaurant if their wonton soup broth looks like dishwater…. If I had seen that first- I would have definitely made a different choice. I ordered wonton soup, and the happy family with white rice…not going back!

First time there. Food was amazing. Dinner for 3. Egg roles, ribs, crab Rangoon amazing. Wonton soup outstanding. Egg foo young, pork lo mein and all remaining dishes outstanding. Believe me, I'm spoiled from our favorite spot in Lakewood, Oh that closed after 40 some yrs of going there. Food here amazing. You have to try it. It's a close second. Clean, reasonable prices, lots of food for the price and service was fast and delightful.

Really going to miss this place. So sad that the building owner is forcing her out.

Very friendly staff, food was excellent and very flavorful. Pretty decent size portions for the price as well.
