Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Cincinnati reviews
7I’m giving this facility four stars, only because I was exceptionally impressed with the OT and the PT, there were one nurse that I would give her 10 stars, she took exceptionally good care of my daughter, there was also one male nurse again, who took exceptionally good care of my daughter, on the other hand, there was one or two I’m assuming was feeling pressured and overworked, so what she did was unplug, my daughter’s call light, and she apologize, but apology was not excepted. In fact, it was unacceptable that she did that and I did report that as my daughter is a quadriplegic in the car, light was a lifeline, now asked for her case manager I thought he was awful and unhelpful and incompetent, no his written statement that was given to my daughter on the day she was admitted to this facility, said he would be in charge of her care her equipment and anything else she needed going forward with her discharge. I think I did more work than he did. I did finally speak to someone else who was more helpful and continue to be even after my daughters discharge Jessica I appreciate you, if I had to do over again, I would not pick this facility for my family member, I’m just so confused about the fact that they gave her about three weeks of intense therapy and then discharged her. Where does she go from here? She still needs that therapy. Not sure I’ll be able to find it for her but I’m going to give it one hell of a try.
Excellent care a very positive experience. The therapists were very pleasant and helpful and caring and help me accomplish so much in such a short time. The nurses were great they gave excellent care to my husband. Our case manager was outstanding answered all our questions and organized our discharge with followup appts and homecare and made sure we had everything we needed for successful transition to everything we might need when we got home. All my husband needs were met. Would definitely recommend Encompass to anyone needing rehab
Refuse to admit my Husband Maurice Harrell Jr.who's an 100% Veted Veteran and denied him the physical therapy needed to restore his physical health. After therapist with UC Health lied about the therapy he needed
My stay at encompass was very delightful, the nurses and aids took very good care of me. The PT and OT were very good and helpful. A good place to.
My 2 week stay here was great my physical therapist was chad he is great I loved working with him and my occupational therapist was Sarah bagley she was great as well the Rn nurse alisa was great very caring.
The staff is friendly and the therapists seem good.
The level A floor not the best. Air conditioning doesn’t really work so they put a fan in everyone’s room. There are often “odd” smells the worst being urine.
Would rather not see patients sitting outside smoking.it’s not the facilities fault but maybe they should put a smoking area in the back away from the entrance.
If not for the poor building conditions it would be great.
Wonderful therapist very professional knowledgeable and helpful. My stay has been wonderful because of them only.
