I'm really happy to find this dental office. Dr. Lewis and his staff are just awesome!

I love Clayton Dental! All the staff are so friendly, professional and skilled. Dr Lewis is one of the best Dentists I have ever had! He is so nice,
caring and competent. Bestpractice in Englewood area.

Been going here for dental services for a long time and I have nothing but good things to say. The staff here are very professional and friendly. Would absolutely recommend coming here.

I started going here and than my husband needed some work done and he decided to be seen at this office as well. We was on 2 different plans as I had insurance coverage and he paid into "their" save money plan. They kept canceling my husband appointment and than left him a message about when he could come in. Well my husband left them a message about not being able to make that appointment and because they never checked the answering machine and called him back they put him in as a no show. So 1 year later I get an emergency and called them 2 hours before my appointment to cancel and because my husband had a no call no show 1 year before that they let me go so rude over the phone. They took my husband's $200 for their plan a few days before and wouldn't refund my husband's money back. So we paid them for no service. My husband has called the office multiple times and is told Dr Lewis will call him back but never does. This office is not treating patients fair. They don't send out warning letters or never even sent a letter to my husband letting him go after they let me go. Remind you we was not on same plan together. A medical office is to follow procedures cause patients have rights and this dental office do not follow them. They stand at front desk talking about patients so I always knew what was going on with someone else.

So I missed one appointment because of work. Not their fault. I get that. I made the next appointment, got the work done and the filling came out. Scheduled another appointment and it took forever to finally get me rescheduled. New filling same thing happened filling came out again. I was told the previous appointment it would cost about a $1000 to get this tooth filled or fixed permanently so while I was working on getting the money together I needed a filling temporarily. There was a new appointment set up with my wife and there was a misunderstanding with the time and date so I missed my 2nd appointment. I was rescheduled and took off work and made the next appointment But while sitting in the parking lot They called me and canceled the appointment due to a water main break. So they rescheduled me again and before the appointment said they cannot see me because the doctor was on a flight that was delayed. So they rescheduled again for the next day. My husband called and rescheduled because he needs more than 18 hours notice for his job. They set the appointment for a week later and they called the day before and said they can't see him because he missed last week's appointment that they were supposed to cancel. She said she was sorry that she didn't cancel it but there is nothing she can do.

I was terrified as I went in to have my whole top pallet pulled the whole staff was awesome, Dr. Lewis was great I was in and out in 30 minutes. He kept me calm talked in a very soothing voice, he was better than a oral surgeon I had went to in the past I would recommend him to anyone. The whole staff made a terrifying experience pleasant at best. My next visit I have no fears.

Always friendly and great service. I Have anxiety about Dentist visits from bad experiences from childhood, they take great care of me every time.

I just switched to them and I was absolutely nervous and everyone I came in contact with was super nice and seemed very caring. Everyone there was amazing from the time I got there until the time I left.

Very long wait time every time i've good here, normally good dental care but every now and then i get a nurse who is very rough

I called this office on monday with tooth pain. Was told i could be seen the next day on a Tuesday. Was told i had a bad tooth needing a root canal or for the tooth to be pulled. I choose for it to be pulled and was able to get that done on the next day. My appointment was at 330 and i was done before 4. So happy. No pain after it was pulled. Today is thursday writing this review i can say i still feel no pain. The pain i thought i was gonna experience never came. I have told all my sisters to check this place out and i found a new dental home.staff is extra friendly. From the women checking you in to the assistants going over charts and updates to the dentist themselves. Everything about this office is a 10. Clean fast and friendly.

I am a person who gets very anxious and freaks out when it comes to going to the dentist. That being said everyone from the receptionist to the dentist was very understanding. They made me feel comfortable, I didn't have to wait long in the waiting room. I actually called a friend and recommended them.

I've been to the dental clinic a year now and I really appreciate their professionalism and the speediness of the wait time but, that can always change as they gain more clients Lolor maybe I'm just picking really good days ago All in all great place reasonable prices
